Menu has changed and we were very disappointed as they have scrapped there degustation menu that was delicious. Went with the so called 4 course menu which consisted of entree, main then a plate of greens as a course..... definitely not a course and should only be a 3 course menu. Sweet. My steak which I ordered as medium rare was more medium to well done and very chewy and tough and sitting on the menu as a $48 dish it should have melted in my mouth. The gave us a complimentary bottle of wine but really they should not have charged us for that dish. Hopefully they look at there menu and make improvements otherwise we will not go back.
Its a small restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. We went here on a friday night and the service was outstanding! Small but good menu options. The olive nibbles were not pitted, which i thought was very strange. The steak was very good. The Hapuka was nice too. The Rhubarb Crumble was not. The creme brulee was good. Price is high compared to the quality of food. They take AccorPlus memberships. Overall we were satisfied.
Loved the high tea - thanks so much :)
Service, atmosphere and food were all bad. This restaurant was not cheap for Xmas Day dinner, was hugely disappointing, terrible value for money and I would not recommend to anyone
Nice Brekkie + Service
Great Food + Service
This was our first ever formal high tea and what better place to experience this than at Felt Restaurant! A very filling high tea, great selection of sweets and savouries, enough to cover a meal and a half! Sets a high standard to match elsewhere! Excellent , friendly service from staff. Highly recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.
We loved the atmosphere, and the decor, and the murmurous quiet. The food was decent but not great, the service was well intentioned but definitely understaffed.
A get dining experience for an important celebration
Building is a little tired.
Great place to have a good meal and a conversation - not noisy and well spaced tables worked well for us.
Very cosy restaurant in a great location. Excellent food and great service.
Will be back food is delicious
Good food and wine. I would go back again.
Yet another good experience at Felt.
no comments, neutral, and service is good and quiet environment

Good food and service.
Not to the standard of other Accor restaurants, very disappointed. Ordered the Large Plate of Truffle duck ragout with hand cut pappardelle, tomato confit and pecorino romano. The meal lacked flavour no duck and was smaller in size than my wife’s medium plate of Slowly baked crispy skin pork which she enjoyed. The Creme brûlée was also disappointing. I would expect more from a French owned chain of hotels
A bit disappointed with the evening.
