Lovely meal of sustainable seafood. Enjoyed most dishes except for the ‘loaded’ lobster chips which didn’t quite live up to the hype (over powering cheese to scant lobster ratio) and over priced.
We had the Thai green curry which had authentic, delicious flavours. Our other dish was Gurnard (fish of the day) with two sides- sweet potato wedges and steamed greens. Having had this fish before, tonight it was a little dry-nothing that spoiled our meal and that’s most important. The plate the curry was served in kept spinning and this was a little annoying but overall, no big issues. I have been here before, love the food and ethics. Good stuff!
Fresh, sustainably-sourced seafood. Very good (not too large) serving sizes. Good wine choices. Staff discrete but attentive. Easy online booking system.
Loved the barramundi - moist and full of flavour. Lobster rolls were average. Friendly and cheerful service.
Our go to local. Sustainable fish is important.
Sparkling wine choices could be better by including another brut of comparable price to the rosè and a quality moscato for those with a sweet tooth.
Friendly staff, good food
Great food Great service Let down badly by very poor wine (cask quality)
Waiting staff very nice nut could be a bit more attentive
The sweet potato wedges with tartare sauce was delicious and the food was good, but overall I thought there was little value for money to be had. I took a visitor from overseas and no one seemed blown away by the food, which was a shame.
I love this place. Their Thai fish curry is the best I've had, and I go here regularly for it. Love the Tramsheds location. Easy to get to and Park. All in all, I love the experience and food here. My only feedback - please provide a sugar free drink alternative (besides water) for us diabetics. Their special softdrinks are full of sugar (no diet coke).
Nice space. Fish was delish. Service was pleasant, could’ve been more attentive at times. Would go back.
The service and staff were amazing
A little on the expensive side for a casual lunch
Good seafood menu, good service, nice ambience. A little bit pricey though.
Food was good, more tap beer selection would be welcome. It was a Thursday night and quite quiet - service was good and not overly attentive.
Service - Excellent. Food - VERY GOOD Fish n Chips: crunchy light flaky batter, moist flavoursome fish. Atmosphere: Bright, airy lay-out. Location: At TRAMSHEDS - which has numerous other eateries. Offering variety and options. Value: Probably a tad on the expensive side if not for the AMEX promo, though quality also comes into it... Will return. Do go.
SPICY GRILLED PRAWNS AND SPICY PRAWN FRIES WERE AMAZING.
Food was lovely and we had a wonderful time; the lighting could be improved cos it was difficult reading through the small print menu ;) the option to split bills was great too. Thanks for the good service
We were a party of 6 people, 3 of whom said their food wasn't good.
