A lot of the food was overcooked and surprisingly a bit disappointing. Ended up wasting most of almost everything we ordered....service was rather average too

About Flying Fajita Sistas

Margaritas, taquitos and chilli - oh my! Casual, vibrant and contemporary, this Glebe Point Road Mexican resto is a glorious local favourite. Chef and owner Joe Slakey has taken this local to new heights, pimping the menu and creating a sleek and quirky dining space that is appropriate for all occasions. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal produce and draws on flavours and techniques from all over the world. Expect big, bold flavours that are just a true pleasure to eat. If you’re having trouble deciding what to order get around their signature fajitas which come with chargrilled meats or veg, chunky roast chilli salsa and a tortilla - delicious delicious! Oh, and don’t forget to order a few rounds of custom margaritas and a jug of sangria. Best dish: taquitos dorados - crispy rolled corn tortillas, filled with potato, cheese & chorizo with homemade rojo dipping sauce.
