Outstanding service we have received tonight by all of the fratelli staff at Alexandria. The food was amazing My daughter is vegan the Chef went out of his way to create the most amazing zoo noodle dish The staff could not be more friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to go back to fratelli . Thank you for the most outstanding service . _Lurdes Neves

I’ve heard fratelli was quite average before but wanted to give it a go. The food was indeed quite basic, we got two pastas and some sides. Overall we were full, satisfied and the restaurant had a decent vibe and service but I wasn’t blown away. Good for big groups and an easy pop in Italian meal.

there was abit of a wait for a table and we were a little sceptical on wait times for food and service but it was actually ok. the antipasto platter was underwhelming but tasty. the pizza didn't have much toppings but the crust and dough were pretty good. a little overpriced with the few pieces of lamb scattered on the pizza.

Despite the restaurant being less than half full the staff were inattentive and rude. Don’t bother with the Sunday ‘all you can eat’ menu, the staff never came back to take our order for more food.

I can see why the restaurant was empty. We had calamari and zucchini flowers for entree, these were ok. We had pasta for mains, super salty and not much other flavour. Even with 50% off, unfortunately I still felt disappointed.

Great service as always. Have to mention Marcelo who is always very friendly and provides great service. Was a little disappointed that they took the polenta chips off the menu but Marcelo was quick to point out the new items and ensured my friends and I were well taken care of.

Had to wait over 25 minutes to order. Waited 20 minutes for the starter to be cleared, once finished, and waited again over half an hour for the main course to arrive. Food was good but the service was terrible.

The food here is always dependable and the free kids menu is a nice value add. The service was average and our The Fork discounts were not applied.

This place is nothing like Fratelli Fresh in Potts Point, Danks Street or at the Wharf. There the food was about beautiful fresh ingredients cooked well. The Calimari and Zucchini flowers were over-battered and dripping and oil. I've had a better lamb salad at Sumo Salad and the pasta dishes were rediculously over sized with 95% pasta and a smidgeon of sauce. Its also situated in a really echo-y room so while there were hardly any people there is was really hard to hear. Really disappointing.

One of the best fratelli’s I’ve been to in terms of taste of the food. The staff weren’t friendly. It should be noted that staff made a mistake on the bill three (3) times so has to continue sending it back until it was rectified.

The food was good however the service dampened our mood. It was extremely slow and food took quite a long time to be served which was disappointing. There were people getting served the same meals before us but had ordered after we had.
