We loved our experience at Fratelli Fresh! The staff were very friendly, the food was absolutely delicious and authentic and the service time was astounding! We arrived to our reservation late and they had still held our table and then served our entree and mains to us within 15 min and we had ate, paid and left within a total of 25 minutes from arriving which was a life saver as we had a show to go to. 10/10

Excellent place to dine. The food is excellent as always and the waiter who served us is very attentive and helpful. Thank you for providing a great birthday meal for me

We loved our waiter and the service, the food was good and as expected. If you are dining at the EQ this is the place to go - something for everyone and we loved their large pour wine

The Restaurant was very busy but the staff were friendly and efficient and the food came out quickly and was really great - thoroughly enjoyed lunch at Fratelli Fresh EQ.

The food was a bit meh. I had rigatoni and really did expect better considering the price. The staff were lovely but I won’t be returning in future based on the average meal.

Whilst the service has improved the food has still got a long way to go. The Arancini was dry as though it had spent to much time under the heat lamp and the pasta was undercooked.

We thought with your deal we had 50% off only to be told that it only applied after 9pm

Service was very slow. We ordered a lot of drinks and they took a lot of time to come out. The pizza was quite nice, but all of the pasta we got (3 types) was a bit bland unfortunately.

Overpriced and mediocre food. Pizza had minimal toppings, thick and generally tasteless. Will not return, definetly not the Fratelli experience i used to enjoy. Big disappointment. The saving grace was the outdoor seating in the sun.

Food and drinks are well overpriced. whilst the pizzas are tasty they have very little topping (mostly dough) and the average price is $27. The garlic bread ($12) was the same as a generic brand you buy from the supermarket. The beers, nothing too fancy (e.g. 4 pines) were an astonishing $12. We have been here on a number of occasions but the prices have become ridiculous. I doubt we will return.

Kids Eat Free & Fratelli Friends discount are a saving grace, because otherwise the meals & drinks would be too overpriced to be worth it. We came in before seeing an 8pm performance. They were packed and working hard. Staff lovely, if looking a little stressed. Despite arriving at 6:30 our meals didn’t arrive until 7:20, making for a rushed main & no time for anything else.

Pre-theatre booking. Queued for 15 mins to be seated & then told no pizzas, no secondi. Pasta & salads only. They should have noted that when we booked.

We went for dinner before the show. I'm glad I had booked as it was busy. The service was quick and pizzas were really good.

Service was a bit slow and we were sat beside the door with a cold breeZe. Couldn’t not move our table or shut the door. Ordered 2 cocktails and only had ingredients for 1. But food was nice and good value with kids eating free.
