Expensive and mediocre food. The portion of cannelloni was very modest, and there was barely any ricotta & spinach filling, it had obviously been sitting in the oven for a long time because the pasta was starting to go crunchy even though we were served at 12:30pm. The sauce was a splash around the edge of the plate. The coffee was quite acceptable by contrast.

On arrival, staff hesitant about our booking, food arrived quickly and was as described. Staff unable to proved bill at table, so waited and then eventually paid at front where bill was provided. Lack of follow up with service.

Happy hour deal is always excellent. Felt really bad because when we went during happy hour (a busy time) there was only one staff member serving the entire restaurant!! Hopefully that was an outlier.

The quality of Fratelli Fresh seems to have dropped significantly from when I last went to the one down nr Circular Quay a couple of years ago. I definitely won’t be going back to the Westfield one. It was like being in a fast food restaurant but without fast food prices.

Great happy hour specials. A bit noisy and short staffed but everyone was friendly. Pasta was great especially at half the price.

Food is delicious and worth it with the 50% off. Service was ok, needs improvement.

Service was great. Would definitely come back. The darling harbour branch’s service was so bad that I was planning on banning all ff establishments but Westfield branch really did a good job and changed my mind.

We used the Fork 50% off offer so it was good value. But I wouldn't go again if I had to pay full price, especially as the drinks e.g. wine, are quite expensive. The food was nice but atmosphere quite noisy. Also, the kitchen closes very early. We had an 7pm booking v and waited a while to be seated. By the time we finished our main meal and wanted coffee and dessert we were told th e coffee machine had been switched off and kitchen was closed. This is silly especially for a Friday night when people stay out later.

Was busy so service wasn’t that prompt. Food was ok. Portion of the pasta was small. Cake was too pricey at $16 for a small slice. Kids meals weren’t free so false advertising

About the restaurant

Hidden Freshness

Set in the heart of the bustling Sydney CBD is Fratelli Fresh Westfield. This thriving venue is a favourite of corporates on the hunt for a quick breakfast bite or a lunchtime feast - what more can we say, this glorious Italian resto is just what the doctor ordered.

Hunker down with a bowl of pasta or sink your teeth in to a slice of gourmet pizza that’s been pulled straight from the wood fire oven - it really doesn’t get any better.

Best dish: any of their pasta dishes.
