Food is definitely disappointing. Orders were forgotten and food is below standard expected. Waitress didn't know about the fork discount.

Great little find - food was good and quick.. We were early 5:30 on the way to a show so timeliness was of the essence. We had the duck and pork belly. both were succulent and cooked to perfection.

Great little restaurant. Ordered a few share plates - a lot of soft white bread with the parfait, snails etc. Toasted would have been a nicer touch. Nice food, great drinks. Would go back again but wouldnt want to pay full price.

One of my favourite places to go for French food in Brisbane! Very busy last night but service was still prompt and food delicious!

This is a lovely little restaurant with great food, great service and staff and a lovely ambience. I have been the 3 times now, twice for lunch and once for dinner and the standard has always been top notch. Highly recommended.

We booked early dinner on a quiet night so was probably less vibrant than normal

My partner and I ordered escargots for our appetiser and a side of potato gratin. For our mains, we got the 12hr slow-cooked duck. The escargots were a tad too salty for our liking but the potato gratin was on point. However, the duck was extremely disappointing. The meat was very tough. It did not taste like it was slow cooked at all. I wouldn’t recommend ordering that at all. In addition, we waited for more than 30mins before our food came.

We booked through Fork to receive the 50% discount. Saw the 3 course set and checked with one of the waitress if it was still eligible for the discount and she said yes. When we paid the lady kept arguing with my partner saying it wasn’t so that was nevertheless pleasant. Each course took us average of 40 minutes to wait for it as well. Food was ok and honestly I wouldn’t want to pay for full price

We arrived early for our booking and were seated wherever we liked. The 12 escargot were served just in an overlarge bowl so they looked a bit lost but tasted ok at least not swimming in butter. The pate was a bit strong for my taste but a large serve. The duck was really nice. We used the fork 50% off deal so value was good probably wouldn't pay full price though.

Ordered the 200g eye fillet ($36). The cut of meat was not eye fillet. The meat was a sinuey, grissly, fatty, rib fillet. It was about 300g and 150g was left on the plate because it was inedible. The accompanying simple salad and french fries were nothing special. The mussels were pleasant enough in a tasty broth. The duck a la'orange and vegetables were enjoyed. It is unfortunate if tourists dine here and leave with an impression that this restaurant is representative of Brisbane dining.

I had studied the menu on line before we got there. We stood outside restaurant waiting for the waitress to ask if she could assist. Several people in front of us walk away. I saw a sign saying please seat yourselves., which was hidden. As we walk in a waitress came and saw us, I told her we had a booking. She just told us to sit at any table for two. The service didn’t improve.

Staff were great, the waiter was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. Took care of if we wanted to serve everything together instead of following entrees and mains. Cook made sure to serve everything to us at the same time on our request. Entrees: Escargot was delicious. Pate was on the stronger side but the salad and caramelised onions brought everything together. Steamed mussels by the kilo was the absolute highlight of the meal, the white wine, parsley and garlic combo is delicious for dipping bread into. Mains: Duck L’orange incredibly tender and delicious, my friend who does not like duck was a big fan of this dish. The risotto left more to be desired. Dessert: Lava Chocolate Pudding with Creme Anglaise was deeeelicious. Creme brûlée was surprisingly average, texture can be improved- towards the bottom of the dish it’s runny but near the top the custard is hard with hard bubbles (maybe the water boiling was too hot during the cooking process). Drinks: French Martini is a must order here, it’s delicious and for only $12 a martini why not. Overall really enjoyed our dinner here and will definitely be back to order again the mussels, duck, lava pudding and also to check out the other items on the menu. Will also be recommending their drinks to friends as a great after work spot near the CBD :)

Delicious food and great service. Would highly recommend it. Great that the set menu had a vegetarian choice for each course. Loved that some of the staff were French.

Some hits and misses. The salmon was lovely but both steaks were overcooked. The potato au gratin had a dark colour and was not as delicious as it should have been. Creme brûlée was ok. Service was friendly but the sleeves of one waiter kept going over the food and wine. A lovely top but not suited for the job.

Food was delicious along with the decor and atmosphere.Perfect for a nice romantic dinner or with a few friends. I would recommend to try the risotto, pork belly, the charred chicken, creme brulee and the lava cake was the highlight. I'm not a big fan of mussels but I got converted by how it was cooked.

Good entree and main with delicate taste and presentation, not very impressed by the dessert though-could improve on these with more variety and patisseries.
