Came for lunch Mother’s Day, Internet reviews we had seen were not that great so we didn’t expect much but were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely, the food was really nice and lots of GF options which is good as one of us is a Coeliac. Kid friendly too. The ambience was really really nice, I would go again and would recommend to friends. It’s a cafe, and byo.

The Staff and service was great, very friendly and welcoming, however that's where it ended The quality of the Garlic Prawns was mediocre at best, they were slightly undercooked, although they were cooked, the rice needed a couple of mins more, the saving grace was the garlic sauce was excellent Looked like the café has seen better days and it needs some money spent on the surrounding area in the gardens, it had a nice outdoor area to eat but we chose to stay inside, very little atmosphere inside
Hi really sorry to hear that you were disappointed and I'm also surprised as when you came to the till and asked if everything was ok and the response was very positive such a shame about the comments about the Decore and the gardens as this is a 1924 beautifully restored cottage and the decore and gardens reflect this with a modern touch

Really disappointed with the food. I ordered the Wok of chicken, crispy vegies and noodles. The chicken was dry, the noodles were not cooked properly and stuck together, the carrots were raw and the sauce was from a jar. The pork twice cooked ribs were just pork chops covered in a sauce which pretty sure was from a jar. Very disappointing and not sure I would recommend anyone to go there. Very over priced for quality of food.
Hi thanks for your feed back I'm surprised to hear your feed back as all your plates came back empty except for your elderly mother which you asked for takeaway and when asked when paying the response was good and also surprised about the average spend being between $50/$60 per person as your bill came to $113 between 3 people this actually works out about $40 per person not $50 to $60 this all included an entee to share and a drink each

I loved the decor. Good menu. They catered for gluten free well. Accommodating.

About Fusion On Swan

Down by the Riverside You have to head way, way up West Swan Road past Caversham and through the glorious Swan Valley to get to this quaint, unpretentious little restaurant set inside a lovely old Federation-style cottage. If you turn up early enough they´ll cook you a magnificent breakfast of the old-fashioned English eggy kind, or something more American with pancakes and maple syrup. At lunch (every day except Tuesday) and dinner (only on Fridays and Saturdays) the menu takes on a contemporary Australian feel with a touch of Asian. If you try the fusion plate you´ll get a tasty combination of spring rolls, samosas, nori rolls, calamari, smoked salmon, pork ribs, olives and feta cheese, with fresh Turkish bread and dips. The service is friendly and very happy to welcome your children as well. Don´t eat too much for your mains because their desserts are a treat! Best dish: Salmon and Asparagus Risotto
