Guys what has happened! I used to be a regular when I lived in Perth and was excited to take some friends for a Friday lunch. The food has really dropped off and the service (which had always been fantastic) was poor. There were perhaps 3 other tables and the staff were inattentive and more interested in chatting than taking our orders. So sad it was always so good!
Hi Cait, We have sent you an email in regards to your last visit at Print Hall. We are deeply sorry to hear about the pour experience you had with us. If you could reply back to us so we can make it up to you on your next visit to Perth. Thank you

Lovely venue. Staff lovely. Food okay, not amazing. But seriously... the music! It was like trying to eat dinner in a nightclub. I think we misjudged the vibe of the place, for an EOFY dinner and drinks with the work girls. We liked the music - if we were intending to dance to it, rather than try to hear the person two seats away at our table of 8. It was quite empty so not much of an atmosphere at 7:30 on a Friday night.

Went for the Thursday like it's Friday fondue special. Bit noisy downstairs so they very kindly moved us upstairs. Great service and the food was too. We ordered a few other things and were very happy

Gazette only allow diners to stay for 1.5 hours. That simply isn't long enough. We were very rushed. Our mains were brought out before we had finished our entrees and we didn't have enough time for dessert. The food was very good and the staff were good but the time limit would stop me from coming back again.

I can't find anything nice to say about my experience. It was a Thursday night, so not that busy (our table of 7, plus another table of 4 and a third table of 6). We ordered entrees, mains, desserts and wines. 2 mains came out before any of the entrees. 1 person's wine was completely forgotten for about 25 minutes until we reminded the waitstaff, and even then it took another 15 minutes to arrive. Another person's main didn't arrive until the rest of us had finished mains, and 2 desserts had already come out. And one entree came out with the desserts. When it came time for the bill, it took 15 minutes to even flag down a staff member to get it, and then there was a charge on there for a dish we didn't even order (so lucky we checked, which I can't say that we are in habit of doing). Overall, none of us were impressed by the standard of food, or the abilities of the staff. Value was ok, but not so much that any of us will be back, or would ever contemplate recommending this place to family/friends.
