Actually all of these questions are n/a in my case. Even though i had made a booking for my friend & myself for a buffet lunch & also received a confirmation & reminder email, we got there only to find out that they had no booking for us! There was a private function happening & restaurant was closed for the general public. We were told by the lady in charge that they do no do lunch buffets & the buffets are for dinner only which starts at 5:30pm! This was the worst experience & inconvenient as then we had to look around for an alternative place to eat. Their website needs to be updated as misleading the public & accepting bookings for a lunch buffet, when it no longer exists, is highly unacceptable.
Decor could do with an udate, but that didnt interfere with our enjoyment of the meal.
Excellent hotel and food. Great staff. Kind people. Very tasty food and a great place to dine in with family and friends.
Buffett was lovely, service was good, value for $. I would suggest ringing before you make your booking as there was a child’s party there and it was extremely noisy and the children were running around the restaurant literally screaming. Which made it difficult to talk and took away from the general atmosphere.
Have been here many times
Way too noisy with music & strobe lights in eyes ( 2 birthdays)
Although our booking was confirmed by Dimmi, the restaurant called to say they did not have any availability due to having a private function on the day that we had booked for. I don't know if this was an oversight by the restaurant or whether there was a glitch with the Dimmi booking system. Very disappointed.
Excellent Food, the atmosphere was really in spite of having 2 birthday parties, music quite low and entertaining
We attended as a group ,when a private party was underway, this was fine until the music became "deafening" also because of the party, there was no individual service offered, only bufette. The food and service were excellent and faultless, but may I suggest that these two main issues be addressed for future patrons when a party of such magnitude is underway, and the individual service disappears, and noise level be considered for other patrons....I would also add that management gave us our meal and drinks "on the house" because of the inconvenience which was appropriate, and, good management!
We were told $21.90 for buffet dinner while we sat in however we're told $24.90 when we paid.
Really enjoyed Ghazal's,the buffet had alot to offer,& you could give lots of different meals a taste..Definately value for your buck & we all came out with full bellys..Already decided we'll be going again..thk you..
Fantastic service. Although they had a party we received excellent service. Food variety was great.

Love tons of options? We certainly do. And that’s one of the best things about Ghazal Indian Buffet & Bar in Werribee. There are options aplenty. So many, in fact, we thought we might have to flip a coin. Of course it’s all the more reason to try out the buffet — we love when we can sample a little bit of everything. Ghazal show cases cuisine from around India, selecting the best dishes and serving them in a relaxed atmosphere. Mild, medium or hot? Up to you. There’s also a banquet option, which lets you share a variety of dishes - vegetarian and non-vegetarian. If ordering from the menu, there are classic entrees such as samosas, onion bhaji and garlic prawns. For the main event, take your pick among chicken, lamb, seafood and vegetarian dishes. With something for everyone, Ghazal is a great choice for big groups, so check bit out next time you’re in the mood for Indian food in Werribee.
