Ginza has really dropped now. We wanted fish but you guys simply said we couldn't have anymore. The drinks were really slow and the person serving us couldn't even speak english which is very sad.

Enjoyable evening. Feel we could have got an earlier booking if we’d booked directly. Nice food, good service

The buffet area is bit cold but its ok. Bbq buffet meat is ok. Good thing to see is that they dont rush customers. 4/5 stars. Cheap buffet.

Would need a number of visits to master the use of the hibachi for different meats.

Although the food available was nice, the total lack of it was very disappointing, dinner booked at 7.30pm by then they had ran out of most vegetables and hot food. Took forever to replenish anything

Some of the food materials were not good. Too hard to eat. Some were too salty.

We use to come here all the time back in the days but unfortunately it has not been the same since. Not sure if its because of change of hand but there is lacking of choices now. Not worth having all you can eat.. when there is only 5 choices of meat. Yeah, sure its cheap but lacks quality. We did not mind paying $60 to $80 to receive higher end meats, like wagyu, but now.. it is not worth $30 for what they have now. Unfortunately we wont be coming back and looking for a new All you Can eat BBQ.

Had the Ginza BBQ at the back. The place itself needs to be changed in a way that there needs to be more exhaust. It was very smokey compared to other BBQ I have been to. The food selection was alright, however it was overly salty. Everything was self service. The down side to service was that I had to ask for more food that was empty at the station. As I have been a few times before, normally this does not happen.

Took advantage of the lunch specials menu, good value and sufficient food. Spicy karage was delicious and well cooked with a light coating. Friendly wait staff and food came out pretty fast.

The confirmation email stated that the price per head was $31.90 weekend special, however all of us were charged $39.90 per head as indicated on my receipt with transaction id 18329. This spoilt an otherwise nice night out.

Not much variety with the bbq buffet for $40 pp, and the sushi was not refilled often. Overall experience was very mediocre, I would not come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Hot food buffet was all cold, no labels on any food so we were guessing what we were eating. No change table for baby change.
