Relax in the beautiful garden on a sunny afternoon. At home in Toowoomba’s most historical building, Clifford House, Gip’s Restaurant was named after the historical owner’s much loved dog. You’ll immediately feel the peace and quiet in the beautiful garden courtyard at Gip’s. On a chilly day, head into the restaurant for a casual yet sophisticated dining experience. Open from breakfast to dinner, visit Gip’s at any time of day for a catch up with friends or quiet dinner with your partner. The menu is diverse and generous with hearty dishes from Bunya pork belly to beef cheeks served with caramelised onion risotto. The atmosphere at Gip’s is not one that can be easily replicated. Best dish: Roast Grimaud duck breast served with smoked sweet potato, brussel sprouts, speck, walnuts and sour cherry compote.
