It was lovely the food is delicious would be nice to dine alfresco on a spring, summer evening - don't recommend on a cold rainy night. although the staff put heaters it was cold, my wife couldn't feel her toes by the end of the dinner and we rushed to eat our food to go home - too cold. would go back again in better weather.

Even though I’d booked in advance i was sooo annoyed to find 3 of us squashed into a 2 seater table. Disappointed! Seems getting people in seems more important than comfort! Not my first visit but sadly this time will be my last.

Absolutely delicious and great service! Have been several times and we will definitely go back. The eggplant is a must!

We keep coming back, the food was truly amazing again. We had the jungle curry this time for the first time. My husband loved it, was a bit too spicy for me. Smelt amazing too. My shoe broke just as we were walking in, the staff went out of their way to help me organize tape to fix my shoe. Always an amazing night and very memorable, will keep coming back, thank u 👍

Poor service let down what was very good food - especially the pork belly. A pre-dinner G&T took 40 minutes to arrive despite 3 requests. It eventually arrived when were on our last dish. Our waitress noisely cleared the table as the last morsel of food was on its way to my mouth leaving us with the very clear impression that we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers who had been enjoying themselves until they were rudely interrupted. More finesse please!

Great staff don't really love tuk tuk

Food was amazing - beautiful flavours. We had the tuk tuk menu which was incredible value and gave us a wide range of dishes try. We ordered an espresso martini at the end of the meal which looked and tasted like dirty dishwater. Avoid this, and you’ll have a superb meal.

About Golden Boy

A Golden ticket... While some may say Adelaide is a sleepy city, Golden Boy is proving that Adelaide is very much alive. Open until the bar closes, Golden Boy caters for those late night goers looking for seriously good Thai Food at all hours of the night (the kitchen shuts up shop at midnight...can you believe it!). With a fit out that closely resembles Melbourne’s busy Thai eatery, Chin Chin, Golden Boy brings a freshness to Adelaide’s food scene. Golden Boy’s menu is an extensive detour into traditional and contemporary Thai dishes, with signature dishes including the egg net salad of crispy pork and dried prawn, the kingfish sashimi and crispy barramundi with green mango and toasted peanut salad. If the menu is all too overwhelming (with too many tasty thai treats to choose between) opt for the ‘Tuk Tuk’ option - a range of dishes and exotic flavours chosen for you from across the menu by the friendly wait staff. Everything goes down a treat at Golden Boy. She really shines. Best dish: egg net salad of crispy pork and dried prawn
