This place just keeps getting better! Exceptional service... Quick and efficient, but not rushed. It can get a bit rowdy, but that really is part of the vibe! We sat at the kitchen bench... The team work hard!! The only downside to this is the fit rests for the stools are in an awkward spot!

Food and service was awesome! Went with a group of friends and we opted for the Tuk Tuk banquet. Generous portions and very tasty food. Service was great and drinks selection also very good. Outside seating provided a great atmosphere. Only negative - took me three goes to get a booking as it’s always booked out. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I was eating alone, and was well looked after, menu was explained and also the spiciness of the dishes. Would definitely eat there my next time in Adelaide.

The food was awesome as per usual and always great service. However the wine is a little overpriced.

I had heard good things and it definitely lived up to my expectations! Staff were lovely and so accommodating to dietary requirements.

Love this restaurant. Was seated outside for the first time though and service was a bit slow. Usually the staff are very attentive inside even when it is very busy. Seemed to be served less food than usual in the tuk tuk option that night. But still a great night and still my favourite restaurant in Adelaide.

About Golden Boy

A Golden ticket... While some may say Adelaide is a sleepy city, Golden Boy is proving that Adelaide is very much alive. Open until the bar closes, Golden Boy caters for those late night goers looking for seriously good Thai Food at all hours of the night (the kitchen shuts up shop at midnight...can you believe it!). With a fit out that closely resembles Melbourne’s busy Thai eatery, Chin Chin, Golden Boy brings a freshness to Adelaide’s food scene. Golden Boy’s menu is an extensive detour into traditional and contemporary Thai dishes, with signature dishes including the egg net salad of crispy pork and dried prawn, the kingfish sashimi and crispy barramundi with green mango and toasted peanut salad. If the menu is all too overwhelming (with too many tasty thai treats to choose between) opt for the ‘Tuk Tuk’ option - a range of dishes and exotic flavours chosen for you from across the menu by the friendly wait staff. Everything goes down a treat at Golden Boy. She really shines. Best dish: egg net salad of crispy pork and dried prawn
