The food was interesting and delicious. The takoyaki gyoza, agadeshi tofu and tempura eggplant were our favourites. Would definitely recommend!
Not enough floor staffs.
It’s a good place for a bunch of friends and family to hang out. Food were good!
Great service by the staff. I was happy that they were able to accomodate us, despite coming in an hour before our booking. Really enjoyed placing our orders via the tablet - saved so much time not having to wait on someone to serve us.
good food, sometimes a bit of a longer wait but we all happy with our food and the 50% off deal
the poached dumpings were overcooked, broken and watery, the filling of the beef cheek dumplings were just to fine and exquisite ， does not taste like meat but more like paste, not many food options。
Food was amazing! Everything was presented well and tastes delicious. You order through an iPad and therefore you can order when you like and pace out your meal as you want to. Beer was also really good which is always a bonus!
I’ve been to this restaurant on 2 different occasions. The first time I went on a Thursday night, the food was amazing, the Gyoza were so soft and tasty, they would melt in your mouth and there was a large variety. The second time I went on a Tuesday, the menu was very different to my first dining experience, the Gyoza was hard (I’m assuming not cooked as well) and the garnishes in the sauces were not as fresh. It was very disappointing as I took my friends and was raving on about how good it was. My experiences were only two week L’s apart.
Great gyozas, amazing ciders and beera and cool atmosphere.
Great fod and service. Definitely will come back for more
Good customer services, delicious food and easy access location, enjoyable atmosphere with relaxing setting, we will be back next time for sure.
They need to improve their service. We needed to cancel the rice because we already ate all our food and the rice wasn’t served. The food didn’t come at the same time.
Good location for a causal get together with friends. Food was disappointing though - karaage wasn’t crispy and our gyozas were burnt. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they advised that they couldn’t amend the gyoza. Won’t be returning.
Amazing service and good food! Will definitely be back.
It is s nice place, good atmosphere, especially when the server pour the beer for birthday table. I only saw 1 kitchen staff was cooking in the open kitchen for the whole restaurant about 30 minutes after my arrival and after another lady that I assumed might a floor staff, jumped to the kitchen to cook. It took about 30 minutes to get our foods, which is beyond standard. I expect you could use bell instead of let the protocol in pass screaming frustratingly to get the floor staff to run the food atm.
Service was awful, tried to get a sauce dish from time i sat down till the end of my meal still have not gotten it after asking for it multiple times. Gyoza’s were way overpriced and were cold when they were served. Atmosphere was good love the set up
Cool idea and fun to order off the ipad, however was difficult to get water to us, we had a good night though, trialling interesting gyoza flavours, and the raindrop cake (try it atleast once)
Nice restaurant where you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the park and city surrounds. Great drink options and different food which was good. The service was a little slow but overall not a bad place
Food was really good and the atmosphere was great. Service was pretty awful though. We waited up to 20 minutes at a time for drinks and they were not busy, it was a Tuesday. The bill came in 5 seconds though ...
Food is quirky but good and unique, It’s a little light on service and atmosphere but centrally located in the heart of the CBD so makes it super convenient.
