The restaurant is beautifully decorated . The female maitre’d runs it like a well oiled machine the personal touches and service are good. The food is excellent I had the crab linguine and my husband had the duck both superb.
Food poor compared to a couple of years ago. Steak under cooked and tough for $52 served with fries. In room dining is hit n miss. Our breakfast order on the first morning was lost in the kitchen and took far too long to get to our table. Won’t be dining here again..
We dined here for the last two nights and the service had been consistently great and the staff were very accommodating to my gluten intolerance. There are plenty of gluten free options to choose from. I'd highly recommend the duck and the mashed potato with truffle butter.
What a perfect night! We were shown to a table by the window with a beautiful view of the changing light of the sunset reflected in the Sheraton pool. We were explained the menu and what the fish and meat of the day were. We ordered the Coral Trout, Gold Band Snapper and Lamb with oysters for a starter and the Treacle Pudding for dessert. Everything was fresh, tasty, perfectly prepared and presented. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Another gem of value. This top notch establishment did not disappoint and thanks to the 50% off offer became an absolute bargain for exquisite food. Our waitress was exceptional and made us feel so welcomed and offered lots of tips to further enjoy our visit to the region.
Amazing food, fantastic service! Will not regret if you visit. We had the 3 course menu, and every plate was incredible and very filling. Will definitely come again!

The food at Harrisons is sensational- and the setting is equally fantastic. The poached coral trout with sea urchin butter has to be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Same with Madi’s chocolate pudding. Delicious!!! Didn’t love the smoked yoghurt with the oysters though. Strange combination. Such incredible food but it’s odd that the service is so lacking. We waited at the table for nearly 30 mins before we got the menu and then when we were ready to order they remembered there were some specials. No one came near us with water till we had completely finished our meal. This was our 2nd time here and the same experience both times. Fabulous food but service not on par.
Great food, horrible service. Was there for 2.5 hours and just overall not a great experience based on the reviews I read. I almost feel like it was under new management and I overheard many tables having complaints.
My decision to try the four-dish taster menu provided the opportunity to sample food I would not usually order and I was not disappointed. Although the servings were not overly generous and there was a lack of vegetables overall, the dishes were beautifully presented and very flavoursome.

Myself and my wife are locals owners of Royal Australian Spa in town . We have in the past ate at Your restaurant and had the lamp for two. However it was not on the menu last night so we selected other dishers and were deeply disappointed as the portions wee small for the price. We even ordered the blue cheese platter to fill us but it did not. However the wine was good .
Yummy food. We didn't really drink but had a happy hour beer.
The service was amazing. It is a fine dining so you pay for it, but very interesting meal and dessert options.

Harrisons has been delivering unforgettable fine dining experiences as Port Douglas' only hatted restaurant, since 2007.
Named after the owners first born, Harrisons was originally housed in a quirky Mediterranean style space on Macrossan Street then quickly moved to Wharf Street between 2009 - 2017, prior to taking up its finest residence yet at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in 2017.
Harrisons executive chef and owner, Spencer Patrick hails from the UK where he trained and worked in the kitchens of Marco Pierre White. During his time with White he was part of the brigade to bring three star Michelin glory to the infamous chef. Spencer went on to be head chef of three of White's venues and gained his own Michelin Star at the Café Royal Grill Room at the tender age of 27.
Given Spencer's background the menu at Harrisons has evolved over the last ten years from classical French to a lighter and more light hearted approach as Spencer has rediscovered his British roots. The menu at Harrisons uses the very best local and Australian produce in a selection of refined seafood and meat dishes, scattered with delightful British nuance. From Yorkshire pudding with scorched Wagyu tartare, to Treacle Tart-ish, the favourite Chateaubriand and Paperbark baked reef fish with taro chips which is also known as, Harry's Fish & Chips.
Harrisons is the most nationally awarded restaurant in Port Douglas and over the years has achieved, nine chefs hats in the Fairfax Good Food Guide, Top 100 Delicious.
