A nice restaurant
From the moment we parked to the moment we departed, we felt welcomed at Harry’s, and this extended to excellent food, wine and service. Nothing was too much trouble; and we will definitely be returning next time we visit the Sunshine Coast!
We were impressed with the service, the setting is stunning as is the classic old cottage and the food was supreme. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Special birthday lunch. Provided dietary requirements to staff member who seated us (as requested) and was advised none of their dishes contained sesame seeds or tomato seeds. Ordered the dish....it came out (literally) covered in seeds. Staff made us feel guilty for refusing to eat it and having to order another dish. No real apology just "the left hand wasn't talking to the right hand". Other meals for diners were delicious, but the dietary requirements issue combined with a distinct lack of service (having to always ask for water and wine to be refilled) just didn't match the quality of their food.
Great food, service and atmosphere. The food was tasty and presented very well. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Harry’s is located in a wonderful rain forest environment in an original Queenslander. Excellent. Look forward to coming again.
Lovely old building with lots of character. Food was excellent from start to finish and owners lovely people who care about their customers. We had a great night.

We always receive great food and service at Harry's. They also cater well for Gluten and Lactose intolerant diners. A favourite when we visit family.

The food is superb but bigger servings than we needed. I would rate it very highly if only they allowed BYO wine! As is, I'd split food/drinks and give 9/2.

We had the 3 course lunch for $65 which is excellent value. The options were great to suit a wide range of tastes and supportive of seasonal and local produce . Impressive plating with all 7 of us cleaning up each course. Favourites were the bread with whipped butter, Biggenden Pork Belly and souffle of the day. Great place for a relaxed dining experience that's affordable and good for all occasions. Will return for a 3rd time. Thanks to the friendly staff and excellent chefs.

Stuart Bell has over 25 years industry experience. Having worked for Paul Bocuse, Philippe Mouchel, Jacques Reymond, The Windsor in Melbourne and Michelin Star Restaurants in Europe. Stuart is a two hatted chef, with the Good Food Guide 2018. With over 10 years in his last role as Head Chef at Ten Minutes by Tractor Restaurant and Winery on the Mornington Peninsula, Stuart raised the pro?le of the restaurant and achieved Two Chefs Hats from The Age Good Food Guide, retaining the Two Hats for six years. Stuart is committed to working with the local suppliers on the Sunshine Coast and creating relationships in his new found home. Stuart and his family have continued Harry’s well known ambiance in a relaxing rainforest setting.
