Ash's innovative and traditional open coal outdoor cooking methods deliver sophisticated flavours and art on a plate. The team continue to unlock seasonal treasures from the region and of course from their own market garden, smokehouse, preserving room, specialty farm and hen house!

Such a pretty and romantic place. Food was great. Mains were a bit overcooked but other than that, it was a great dinner. Will definitely come back!

We sat in the alfresco area near the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed watching the chefs cook over open flame and listened to a beautiful soundtrack. The food was amazing and all the little extras that we didn’t order were a wonderful surprise. The wait staff were friendly, could answer all our questions, understood the menu and could make great recommendations. It was a beautiful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

A fantastic place with lots of opportuinties for walking, riding (mountain bike). Food was great. It was definitely worth driving for an hour to get there. It's recommended.

Set on 12,000 acres and upon some of the most fertile farming soil in the Southern Hemisphere – Homage Restaurant has a real sense of place. Head Chef Ash Martin has taken the paddock to plate philosophy to a new level with Homage Restaurant. With our market garden, orchard, mango trees, beehives, and free range farm to harvest from, ingredients are either grown onsite or sourced from producers who live just down the road. As a result Homage’s menus are spontaneous and ever changing whether you decide on a la carte or tasting menu.
