Met our children at the Richlands Hotel Sunday 17/9/23 for a family lunch. It was very very busy, but the kitchen staff did a fantastic job keeping the food up to everyone The tables could have been cleared a little quicker Everyone enjoyed the selection that was on offer for lunch. K????

Slight hiccup at the start but they fixed everything up and got our roopu sorted. Allows us to continue chatting, eating and singing long after the buffet closed. Appreciate it! Always enjoy the food, no complaints from me ????

Hotel Richlands has exceeded out expecting this time. Last time we had dinner before Christmas, it was a disappointing menu and the taste of food was not all there. Today we just had dinner for our son's birthday and OML, my compliment to the chef for the amazing menu and all the food was delicious all the way to the dessert. Loved everything. Everything was to perfection. Thank you for Nor disappointing us this time. We will be coming more often now that the food is amazing and so delicious!! So thank you!

Very very loud music is an no??? And if there’s a function to seperate food cater as it takes up t most of the time for others to go for round 2 thanks. Just my thought.

There was a Tongan/islander convention of some sorts, so made the wait to get to the food much longer....not racist, but would of been nice to be advised so could of re booked, was tooo much....otherwise was quite enjoyable

The food is tasty and a wide range to choose from. However the booking through the fork was not passed onto the hotel again and we spent an embarrassing 10 minutes in the queue holding everyone up to see if they could seat is at all followed by dagger looks by the management.

Was a few bad dishes but in all was delicious. Did not like that when we got our deserts our table was cleared off and drinks were taken. Was not much of a meat selection at all. Deserts were very good

We attended the lunch sitting as a group of 8. The food was fresh,with a range of dishes for everyone, the service staff were all respectful,friendly and professional I would highly recommend this buffet.

The food in general was good. Good variety of food but almost the same every week. The wanton soup was a bit salty but otherwise tasty. Desert has good choices. I love the small portions as some people waste too much food. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Thank you for a good lunch.

Food was pretty average although some stone cold and soggy I’ve had better here best part was desert bar ! This place has gone down hill in the last few months Used to be amazing hope they can pick up there quality’s again !!!

First time there, took a group of seniors for lunch buffet, they loved it and talked about it all the way home, especially dessert bar. Highly reccomended
