Without doubt one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Menu is underwhelming (lamb ribs superb tho), but the service... dear god the service ????♂️. Insufficient staff numbers and those who were working, were inattentive and unenthusiastic, the highlight being when the wine was “delivered” without glasses and unopened. The place is all style and zero substance (well, less than zero actually). Expected more from an Art Series establishment
Came here for the bottomless weekend brunch. Food was hit and miss, there were a few really good dishes and some were just pretty average. But I have to say service was excellent and the ambience was nice.
I went without expectations and left totally happy. The food from their new menu was outstanding, the ambiance had a nice touch of luxe and service was spot on (better than it was previously). I'd happily head there again.
Impressive decor and setting. Disappointed with the limited selection from the menu. The quality of the food is average, expected more for what we paid for. Service could be better.
Nice atmosphere and decor. Underwhelming welcome. Food fresh and good for summer, but insipid and lacked taste. Pizza was particularly disappointing, on a chicken pizza there was so little chicken on it that some slices had zero pieces of chicken. Children's chicken schnitzel had a hard crust but was ok apart from that. And the eggplant dip doesn't come with anything - you have to order pita bread separately. Overall we won't be back for a while, it's a shame, I was hoping for something really tasty.
Enjoyed the food at Hyde. All meals were excellent. Good drinks list.Service was prompt and friendly. Great atmosphere. Only minor fault is that they didn't have decaf available.
Well structured dining, space from the busy pool and bar. Good selection throughout the menu from tapa style to main meals, desserts and cocktails. At times the number of staff on the floor seems inadequate for the number of customers but everyone seemed to be served at some stage. Staff were attentive enough to check on the table for any additional items, drinks etc. The Feast option at $55 appeared of good value with very interesting gourmet choices for both meat lovers and vegetarians. Considering a good variety of entree , appetisers, margarita pizza, mains and desserts are all included with no need to worry about what to select next, being able to host a great night seems guaranteed for most preferences. It's unlikely anyone would rise from the table in need of more to eat after. The chef is generous with main sizes. The place is not so loud that you can't hear your guests although many children & hotel guests seem to be the regular patrons.
Great location and décor set up. Website didn't offer any information on menu or when I called I was not told that it was buffet only for breakfast. I was there for a business breakfast and was very disappointed when it was buffet only and not mentioned over the phone nor the website.
My partner and I came in for a bottomless brunch and we were blown away at the service, food and scenery! The staff were so accomodating, we had a pram and they offered a high chair and were interacting with our daughter and made the whole experience absolutely wonderful! We will be back! Thank you all so very much!
