Good food but slow service.
Lovely restaurant, on a busy road. Food is great, service is great. We will be back.great value with the fork deal. Went with kids, and they were looked after.
Some of the dishes were excellent, like the money bags (entree), red curry and basil fried rice. Unfortunately the pad thai was a rather disappointing dish - tasted like they had used too much ketchup and it a bit on the sweeter side. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant, which was convenient!
Some of our dishes were superb (Basil fried rice, red curry, money bags) while others were very mediocre (pad thai, roast duck with tamarind sauce). We dined with 30% discount, which made it a great, affordable meal. We were the only table during the early hours of the evening, and yet it took forever for the dishes to come out - we had to ask the waitress for our dishes to come out all together, rather than single dishes trickling out from the kitchen. Waitress was friendly and attentive though!
Local gem. We will be back.
My partner liked the Pad Thai but found the Tom Yum rather salty. This place can be a place to have drinks and appetisers.
As locals I Rich Thai has been a family favourite for years but that was the last time for us. The restaurant has changed hands and the food that was served up was horrible! 3 entrees and an hour and a half later we left. Speaking to people at the other two tables they had also not received their orders. The other two tables which were occupied when we arrived were left with dirty dishes. When questioned the staff said they were training and very busy but the restaurant was less than half full. Don’t be fooled by the food photos, you will get nothing even close to resembling those. Terrible food, terrible service and very disappointing.
The restaurant was close upon our arrival despite receiving the confirmation of booking.
When we got there they didn’t have our booking, it wasn’t busy so all good. We can’t use our points anywhere which is a problem to us. Cheers Mike
We always enjoy our meals when we eat in at i Rich. Their green curry is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had - it’s our go to. The house specialty chilli basil lamb is equally as delicious - the lamb just melts in your mouth! The service is always friendly & attentive & it’s byo as well. We’ve tried a few in the area but keep coming back to i Rich! Delivery can be a bit hit & miss but dine is is always spot on!
Nice place. Perfect for casual dining Really pleasant food
Great value for money. Decent Thai in a convienient location.
Love that it’s BYO. Great standard Thai food . Very attentive and lovely Thai staff.
Regular Thai food, super polite staff, Generous portions .
Good place for casual dinners.
It’s a little gem in our neighbourhood, thanks
Clean restaurant with very polite stsff
This is our local thai place - food is consistently good.
Tom yum soup was delicious. Green curry could be a little more thicker. A desert menu is always preferable for my sweet tooth.
enthusiastic staff, prompt service, good food, value for money
