Very mediocre buffet: the cooked dishes were no better than a cheap Sunday Roast buffet, without the 'cheap'.

Buffet for locals (non-hotel guests) is too expensive!

Not enough staff at breakfast. The lady checking in guests had to clear a table for us. No designates staff to cook eggs. Buffet out of bacon, fried eggs, tomatoes multi grain bread, mushrooms and lots of other items at the same time. Very poor for a 5 star establishment.

The cost and quality does not really stack up to a 5* establishment. Service is chaotic, basic principles of service delivery missed. People queuing in lines to get in, blocking ability to get the Buffett. If this was priced like a an all you can eat Buffett then I would understand the lack of detail in its service. Come on this is a global brand offering a poor service, but thinking it can command top hat prices. Very disappointing experience, as a staying guest also the experience is mirrored across the whole experience.

Certainly not 5 star food. Prawns were not fresh. Food on buffet not filled regularly enough. Not enough staff.

$89.9 on weekdays and $99.9 on weekends is quite expensive for buffets. Nice waitering service but very slow food topping up service. It was only 8pm and pasta and other hot dishes were not replenished. Customers had to call the waiters to ask kitchen to get more out. Good seafoods but not enough varieties.
