10/10The restaurant was fantastic. It was amazingly located close to the CBD and had a leafy outlook despite being near a train station. The food was delicious annd well varied and the waiters were wonderfully attentive. My family and I had a wonderful evening.

6/10This restaurant was nice enough and the staff were nice enough also. The food was also nice but just missing a few things that would have made us rate it higher. We can only go on what we ate. The grilled calamari with orange and fennel salad. The calamari was beautiful fresh and tender but there was very little salad accompanying it which was disappointing. We both had the Veal Scallopine which had a beautiful sauce. The Veal was nice and tender but served with a few beans for $42. For that price i would have expected possibly some baby carrots along with the beans and not be expected to order extra sides. The Chocolate crepe was full of cream and just not what i expected - possibly some chocolate gelato to go with it might have given it that finish. These comments are not meant to offend the kitchen but possibly help. It was a very expensive lunch and i went away hungry which i never do. Thankyou

7/10Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Meals were good, we’re hoping for a bit more wow. Lasagne was nice, layers of pasta were well cooked but the filling and bechamel a little underwhelming. The veal scallopini was nice but was hoping for a wow dish as it was the main reason we visited Il Duca.

10/10Always a pleasure to dine here - from the moment you walk in to when you leave. The staff are welcoming and very attentive. Our food was tasty and served promptly. Highly recommend this restaurant. The only problem is parking unless you are lucky to find a spot right outside which we did.

9/10It was a pre Rugby game dinner @ 5.00pm, the restaurant was completely full, the wait staff handled this busy session professionally and efficiently. Food was delivered on time and was very good. A Great all round by Il Duca, we will be back.

10/10This traditional little restaurant has a lovely ambience. White tablecloths, friendly and accommodating wait staff. All the food was fabulous and servings generous. We had garlic prawns and bruschetta for appetisers which were beautiful. The orecchiette with ragu and wild mushrooms was delicate and delightful. The baby snapper with green beans was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. Thankyou for a wonderful meal and evening.

10/10As always, the food and service is impeccable. I feel like I’ve come home for a real Italian meal and I am always welcomed as if I was family. Whenever I visit Melbourne it usually involves a meal at Il Duca.

8.5/10A nice quiet spot just outside the buisy centre. The atmosphere were as promised a «fine dining» set. Main dish and wine selecton was excelent, despite the final touch of Italian enthusiasm was missing. Definitly a place to recommend outside the crouded parts of Melbourne.
