The chef constructs fantastic flavors and creates a lovely presentation of the food. It was with great surprise that we found this restaurant that incorporates spices with Portuguese food. And the service, our server knows her wine and when to refill your glass. Overall, In’Vulgar Restaurante is high on our list to return.
