Great service offered by the staffs at Ginza on the night. The staff has been quite helpful and the food taste great. Sushi and Sashimi are quite fresh.

Unfortunately, the Japanese Wagyu beef special which has assorted cuts that we wanted to try is not available. But, at least there's one Japanese Wagyu chuck roll available. And it's very yummy! Geat service, we appreciate the wine suggestion.

Overall nice cuts of wagyu but is definitely on the dearer side if we were paying full price and would appreciate being told what is not available at the point of being given menu, not when trying to order.

we booked a month ago especially for the Japanese imported wagyu beef (which is what this restaurant is famous for and why people and food bloggers come and eat) and on the day they said they had no Japanese stock today and only the local stuff - what a huge disappointment! The wet wipes they provided were all dry as the expiry date on them was dated 2017 We asked for recommendation of the warm sake pairing and the staff had no knowledge of any The staff service was horrible, unfriendly and had the didn't care attitude or didn't want to be at work

Amazing food, especially the japanese wagyu. We chose the taste of Ginza set menu and it was very filling and worth the price.
