Swimmingly good The team at Jellyfish aim to source and serve a school of 8 to 14 species of fish daily, and make effort to understand the textures and specific qualities of each species so that they can then recommend the best way to cook and serve it. And they are proud of the fact that the chefs create sauces, batters and crumbs as well as an extensive range of side dishes that perfectly compliment each and every dish. Sitting right on the riverfront, this is arguably the best located restaurant in Brisbane enjoying striking views of the river and the Story Bridge (trust us, it's something really special). The decor is fresh and bright with the lines between indoors and out delightfully blurred making it a great spot to dine all year round. The wine list is also stunning, presenting diners with wines from boutique, eclectic and lesser known vineyards as well as firm favourites from the new and old world.
