Meet the Chef
Italian born Matteo Zamboni’s impressive career has included opening his own restaurant Zambo in Surry Hills with much success in the Sydney dining scene.
Prior to that, he worked at a number of Hatted and Michelin Starred restaurants in Australia and around the world, even working as Head Chef for the royal family in Qatar, Doha.
Previously, Matteo has learnt from some of the world’s most talented chefs and has refined his art of Italian cuisine.
