Enjoy eating on the balcony. Nicer seats out there would be nice
Friendly service, beautiful dining areas both indoor and outdoors. Would love to see a bit more on the breakfast menu both food and drinks-wise
Excellent selection and service provided
Great place, great food
Not what we expected - very casual clientele. More a bistro than fine dining. I chose the wagyu beef which was delicious but for $75 I expected more than the very small portion of beef I was served. Don't choose it if you're hungry. Menu selection otherwise wasn't expansive or particularly exciting. Wine prices were very reasonable and service was friendly and efficient.
Great meal, great service.
Atmosphere a little odd with cafe tables and clinical white lighting in parts of the room. Good great but don't expect a medium rare steak. Could do more on bread presentation
The cocktail list was not extensive at only three options. We had all the share plate options between 7. Food was good, but nothing that particularly stood out.
Typical and good. Excellent choice
Great food & good service
Didn’t realise until afterwards that where I was staying at The Richmont, Mantra next door had a special dining deal available . Ah well.... But did return in the morning for a fabulous brunch with my grandson who thought it was great food as well. Thanks Chefs.
Just a good place to eat and moderately priced.
Enjoyable evening with ver good food and beverages. Service was excellent
Service was great and food delicious - Adriana really took care of us !! Wonderful place for any occasion xx
Food was fantastic! Lots of options on the menus and very attentive service. The chicken was divine!
Good alround place.
Meal was delicious!
The menu is a bit of this and a bit of that which I had thought was odd, but who cares when everything is so beautifully presented and cooked? We were a table of 7, and every dish was wiped clean (entrees, mains and desserts). The service was lovely - the wait staff seem to genuinely care. I love the building and the interior - charming and sets this restaurant apart from most.
Good breakfast and atmosphere

There are few things as iconic as old ‘Queenslander’ architecture, capturing a bygone era of Australian History with it’s distinct design. Perhaps you’re not the nostalgic type though and prefer to look to the future, in which case a celebration of Brisbane’s modern, eclectic dining scene might fit the bill. Kennigo Social House is a restaurant boldly fusing the new and the old while celebrating timeless Queensland culture. Nestled in a beautifully restored Queenslander and serving some amazing modern Australian cuisine, this is a restaurant not to miss!
Just as the restaurant’s atmosphere has something for everyone, so too does its menu. From share plates and starters to fast food and large plate, these guys make diversity look easy! Start your culinary trip of Brisbane culture with some delicious duck, pork and shiitake dumplings with ponzu sauce, you’re bound to find something you’ll love.
