We live in Surfers and have not been until now. The meals were really good! We were very impressed and will be back with the rest of our group.

Meals were really good. Great location right next to a G:link tram stop. Only concern was with the venue itself as we were unable to locate an accessible entryway.

Excellent food. Nice atmosphere. Decor needs to be stepped up to meet the high quality food.

Service was very good. Food was delicious, tasty and perfectly cooked. It was pelting with rain outside so our ‘views ‘ were not the best. I would recommend.

Turn down the lights and create a bit more atmosphere, and this would make it a lovely place to dine.

Booked to have my daughter's 21st birthday dinner at the Koastal Kitchen last night at 7 pm. Even got a confirmation letter from Dimmi's about it. When we arrived there, the restaurant was closed for a private birthday function. Very disappointed. I rang the Mantra and all they said was you can't go in as it is closed for a birthday function. Would not recommend.

About the restaurant

WOW! It’s a word we’ve heard on more than one occasion when describing the food at Koastal Kitchen. Moreover, no wonder, when you learn that Chef Christian spent time overseas working as a personal chef for the rich and influential. We say their loss is Mantra Sun City’s gain. From the porkand pistachio rillettes to the Mexican rubbed calamari steak and Valencian paella mix, each and every item has been carefully created and crafted to produce delicious food that’s out of the box and out of this world. Good thing everything is designed to share, tapas-style. Christian and his staff love their job, and it shows in the smiles on their customer’s faces. This was the most fun eating outwe’ve had in ages, and it wasn’t just the cocktails talking. And did we mention the range of allergen friendly options? I don’t think we need to. Do yourself a favour and wow yourself now! Best dish: roasted poussin
