We booked this place for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the food and view but the service was disappointing. We ended up getting our sashimi last after having our entrees and mains. It felt like we were being rushed to make way for the next round of seatings even though we had plenty of time in our 2 hour session.

I had been here a couple of times & they used to have really good value lunch banquets. I had the $50 weekday set lunch this time and was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the food. I had a few sashimi pieces which were chewy and the stew wagyu beef was not tender. Service was ok. The lady who looked after our table was efficient & friendly enough but ... probably because we experienced really good traditional courteous Japanese style service at this restaurant before (and that’s why we had recommended a lot of our friends to this restaurant in the past), we were a little bit surprised of the casual style service we had this time. Anyway, still love the views from the restaurant, if you do get a window seating.

I had the special summer festive lunch menu which is nice and delicious. The service was good. But the current lunch menu is not as value as previous lunch menu.

The set Lunch of $110 not value for money & taste aweful, especially the fish. Shashimi is so small cut. Regretted order the set as recommended. Won't go for set again.
