Value for money

The food has a lot of cream in it which is not a typical Indian thing to do and samosa pastry was filo pastry and not made pastry as other Indian restaurants can make.

Good value for money! Decent dinner at reasonable prices.

Great food and service. Not sure if the corkage charge for one person was extremely high or our bill was calculated incorrectly.

About Krish Indian Varsity

The best of both worlds Award-winning, North Indian and Indian-Fijian fusion cuisine? Bollywood dance shows? You don’t have to ask us twice. Krish Indian Cuisine’s point of difference is definitely its strength. Owners the Prasads hail from the Lautoka of Fiji, hence the fusion aspect of their three-restaurant operation. Try the good old favourites like the chicken korma, with its creamy, nutty sauce and chef’s secret spices, or the beef vindaloo, spicy and piquant but perfectly tempered with potatoes. Personally, we can’t go past the Fijian-style, Tandoori-basted Moreton Bay bugs and the jingha aloo, Fijian-style prawns cooked with curry leave, potatoes and spices. Moreover, the entrée-sized calamari pakora, lentil-battered squid rings dipped in a date and tamarind sauce sounds so good we’ve no doubt you’ll be left wanting more. Same again please! Best dish: calamari pakora
