Tender pieces of boneless chicken marinated overnight in mild spices and yoghurt, then grilled in the tandoor
Cubes of Barramundi filets marinated in mild spices, herbs and yoghurt, then grilled in the tandoor
Delicious juicy prawns in chef's special marinade, roasted in the tandoor
Tandoori not authentic, pre cooked and heated with microwave. Microwave in the kitchen was in the line of sight where we sat, was being used frequently to reheat food for serving. Bit of a turn off.
Yummiest food ever. Good luck to the team :)
Nice little restaurant for a quiet, romantic dinner. The staff are very accommodating. They do a great butter chicken - the meat was so tender. Enjoyable dining experience.
Lovely food and really friendly service.
Food is a always good!
Good service, certainly needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls especially when walking to the toilets, it’s looking a little tired.
Always a pleasure to dine at Laxmi's
a nice, cosy place to enjoy a good Indian meal. Good and friendly service.
Fabulous food as always. My favourite !
The staff needed to check on the table a little more often that they did.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and food is always fantastic.
A superb, intimate neighbourhood gem with the best quality Indian food I've had in Adelaide.
Butter Chicken is delicious
Very nice meal and will return for more
Service great and food delicious. Would dine here again
We went to Laxmi for lunch and enjoyed a delicious meal with friendly and excellent service.
Great food and service.
Great food and great service. Each curry we had was fantastic with plenty of proteins, none of which were dry, bland or too salty. This was paired with some of the best naan bread I’ve ever had! If possible, pair it with Dimmi discounts or entertainment card to have a better experience also.
Great food! Will be back to try the rest of the menu
The food at this restaurant is superb and the service friendly. Would recommend
285 Glen Osmond Road, 5064, Glenunga, Australia
With a little imagination, find yourself transported to owner Laxmi’s native Delhi among the traditional music, decor and quirky bric-a-brac. The menu boasts a selection of tandoori favourites, from the popular bhaji dish, made from onion in a chickpea batter, to the spiced samosas and classic shammi lamb kebab with ginger and coriander. The flavours are big and the atmosphere is cosy and friendly.
