10/107 of us had dinner there on Sunday night for my son's 30th & it was delightful. The staff were really attentive, & responsive to one person's difficult dietary requirements. The food was REALLY good and the ambience of the venue was delightful - we'll be back!

10/10The food was unreal, good servings and great quality. Homemade BBQ sauce..YUMMO! and those lamb ribs... drool. Waif staff were very attentive and personable, my mouth is already watering thinking about going back! Thanks Le Bon Ton we had a fab evening :)

5.5/10Chicken was amazing, as always. Some other items a little disappointing. Not sure why television was on in the restaurant?? Affected the ambiance and was weird considering this is not a sports bar (and there was nothing of note on TV!). Longer wait time that normal...but will continue to come back for the fried chicken!

7.5/10Great staff and service. The restaurant was too noisy, but that maybe because of a brunch group and too many mimosas. The food was tasty, but felt a little overdone. Fried Chicken was the highlight.

10/10Well looked after by the team at Le Bon Ton. Felt super welcome and attended to. Food was top notch and spacing of dishes was perfect! Really enjoyed the evening there. Would come back in a heartbeat to have the fried chicken and sausage again. 10/10

3/10Lamb ribs were burnt and black. For $35 dish it did not meet my expectations. No service. Only saw two waiter/waitresses on a busy Saturday lunch. One waitress even accidentally tipped a glass of drink on a customer when serving the drinks. Our water jug didn't get a refill of water.

9.5/10We were warmly greeting when entering with friendly and efficient service. The food was delicious and a great size. We enjoyed the Smokers Lot, Coleslaw and Max and Cheese between my husband and our toddler who enjoyed every item! We will be back.

7.5/10The food overall was nice, but we were disappointed with the brisket, which was unfortunately barely warm and was dry. Other items we ordered were fine, but the temperature of the food could of been warmer. Service was good and waitress was very polite.

8.5/10We always love coming back here. Food is always on point and as described. Never had a bad meal here. Kid friendly although no kids meals. Plenty of choice and satisfies all tastes. Highly recommended.

10/10Food was great as usual, the staff friendly but not overbearing. Numbers were down due to the virus, so please visit La Bon Ton so it doesn't go out of business, There is ample space to provide social distancing.

8/10The food and service was great and good value for money . Will definitely visit again as there is so much more on the menu to try. The meat platter was great way to try lots of different meats. Only wish the Mac & Cheese and beef brisket were served warm.

10/10Amazing food! We ordered different meats and some sides. Some of the best corn bread I've had. Will definitely be coming back and trying the appetizers and desserts!

A super-cool smokehouse saloon
Collingwood is known for just being, just well, cool - and Le Bon Ton fits perfectly into the neighbourhood… it's a New Orleans-inspired oyster saloon, smokehouse, cocktail bar and absinthe den that's just perfect for late night boozing. The concept is as unique, as is the space it's housed in. Stripped back to its shell, owners (and brothers) Will and Mick Balleau peppered the space up with recycled timber furnishings and champagne boxes, giving it a rustic yet stylish feel. The outdoor astro-turf area adorned with fairy lights is a magical place to be if you can score a seat. It's where Texas-raised Jeremy Sutphin, oversees two offset smokers and a big cabinet smokehouse where eight, seven-kilogram Riverina grain-fed Angus beef briskets and four pork shoulders are turned and smoked for up to 16 hours. Drool. Get on down to Le Bon Ton.
Best dish: Le Bon Ton Cheeseburger - 150g Wagyu beef patty & crispy bacon with cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, spicy ketchup and aioli.
