Meet the Chef
Chef Josh Kim’s career boasts some of the best venues in Sydney, including Bert’s and Queen Chow in Newtown, Papichulo in Manly, Sokyo in Pyrmont, and Mr Wong in Sydney.
During his career he has been closely aligned with some of hospitality heavyweight Merivale’s best brands, working across many Asian fusion menus.
Josh moved to Adelaide with his family in 2018 to take the role of Head Chef at Electra House Hotel, and brings with him a passion for bold Asian flavours and local produce.

Level One is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm and for lunch on Fridays. Available for private hire seven days a week.
