Outstanding venue on many levels such as location, view, ambience, food, drinks, service, etc. One of our favourite venues in Melbourne! A big shout out the Lucas [manager] for his outstanding service, advice and hospitality. Well done Little Blue :)

Best view of the city anywhere, cooler than others on a hot day...plus penguins. What more could you want?

Excellent service. They even offered a free round of drinks as we had gone expecting to be having cray but had stopped serving that since we booked. The food was excellent and we even got to see a few penguins.

About Little Blue Restaurant

Feeling Blue? This fascinating restaurant sits right in the middle of St Kilda pier, enjoying 360 degrees of stunning views! You can see everything from the glittering Melbourne city on one side and the great green expanse of the sea on the other. Little Blue Restaurant has been around since the 1800s, when the old building on the pier was converted into a restaurant. Tragically, the original structure was burnt down in 2003, but luckily for happy diners, it was restored again for us to enjoy well into the future. With windows all around, the interior is bright and airy, and from the outside, the restaurant looks like a charmingly restored blast from the past. Little Blue Restaurant plates up all of our Australian classics, like juicy burgers including a spectacular soft shell crab number, as well as mouth-watering battered seafood and grills. The do breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as share platters. If you’re down at Port Philip bay, you’ve got no excuse to not hit this place up. You might even spot a penguin or two! Best dish: the trevally
