Fabrice and his team once again did a wounderful job to make my Birthday just that little bit special! The selection in the hot foods has improved (perhaps it is Fabrice’s French influence????). The seafood buffet is great so try it if you can when next in Melbourne!

Seafood was good, the best being the fresh oysters & Prawns but the crab & scallops were very dry. The hot food was dismal & the crumbed calamari was processed! The salad bar was very underwhelming. I would attempt to go again however not get there after 7 as it seems that they don’t replish the buffet after that time. The stand out the lovely & atteive staff

Need to identify that the restaurant is actually inside the Sheridan Hotel. It was frustrating to find. Also, they said I didn’t have a booking when we arrived! Service was good but food pretty pricy for what we got.

I have an SPG hotels membership with vouchers for dining and accommodation. For a ladies get together thought we would try the Sunday Seafood Buffet lunch at Collins Street Kitchen. Buffets not my usual choice and somewhat hesitant after mixed reviews however ....very impressed! Great service; food quality and choices with many Gluten free options too. Nice surroundings and friendly professional staff we were very happy we chose Collins St Kitchen

Went for the seafood buffet but we were too late so had a la carte. The ricotta gnocchi with seafood were superb, as were the salmon and Hapuka. Will go back for the seafood buffet which looked really good!

Being a member at this restaurant I can honestly say we were all extremely disappointed! We were told that there was no more oysters left and we specifically went there for the seafood buffet. I was extremely embarrassed as my guests were all from interstate! There was limited hot food, also we had to wait for them to cook very small portions of food in drips and drabs. And there was limited desserts ! We were also asked to leave our table and sit in the lounge area to finish off our drinks because they wanted to get the breakfast tables ready. This was unacceptable! The Sheraton needs to hire professional managers who specialize in hospitality! I am very disappointed! I've been a SPG member for many years but last nights experience was absolutely devestating. Hosting a business dinner with interstate guests was humiliating for me and my company! I have serious concerns and I do not take this lightly !

A semi regular dining option for us. When looking for something special the seafood buffet is always the first and last option! Thanks once again for a lovely night!
