Once again, Lord Cardigan rises to the occasion. The inventiveness of the food, the courtesy of the service, the ease of the atmosphere – all combine to make this restaurant a place to which one returns time and time again.
We enjoyed the lunch special . The food is high quality and the lunch special is great value for money . We love the desserts at this restaurant and live to add one . Usually it is a soufflé . Today we enjoyed the raspberry soufflé . Superb !!!
very good food from a team that know their food and wine well.
A really lovely restaurant. Beautiful food, great atmosphere bit noisey today but it is the xmas season and everyone in extra good spirits. Extra bonus great parking, can't say that about too many places these days!
Easy parking which is a bonus. Lovely atmosphere and ambience. Staff were cheerful and attentive, Good menu selections in all categories and what we ordered was delicious. Would go back without hesitation!
Excellent as always, the food, the friendly service, the atmosphere, I can't recommend any dish particularly as all so good, but the fish and chips in chick pea batter an absolute must. Janet and friends.
The restaurant is lovely and the staff are fabulous. Our good however was disappointing. We all had the Hapuka fish. The fish was overcooked, it was a very thick piece and rubbery. The dish also lacked seasoning and was extremely bland. We all found this to be true. The side dishes were nice.
Girls weekend over from Perth - food and service amazing

Great food with lovely flavours - hits the spot. Some very good wines to choose from.
The team at Lord Cardigan do a great job. Degustation is only once each month but it has been fabulous and well patronised.
Absolutely fabulous, never fails to please
