Awesome food and service from beginning to end. Thanks for an awesome night
We had the 5 dishes for $35 per person, it was wonderful and couldn’t finish it all. Waiter gave us suggestions for final dish which worked well with the other dishes we’d chosen. Happy hour for wine was perfect.
Great food and wine. The service was top notch and friendly.
Food very salty
Portions too small for the price. 4 dumpling for $16 is too expensive. Not ideal for families. Service was ok but not great. Happy we tried but wont be returning.
Had a really nice evening here. Loved the food. Definitely recommend.
The food was honestly flawless. Dreaming about that charcoal chicken!
Great atmosphere
It was nice but not the best food. Their happy hour is 5.30-6.30 so try and get there for that. They also charge surcharge for paying by card!
New menu has dispensed with the chefs selection/degustation which is dissapointing and replaced with a selection of 5 choices from a smaller menu, for 2 people which can be multiplied for larger groups. It seems to work OK but I think it works out more expensive as you have to add a few larger dishes as well for a group. Food still very tasty however!
Great service and food. Went with friends we loved the place. On my list of good places to eat :)
Awesome food, wine and service. Definitely be back with friends/family
Beautiful food, great atmosphere. Trendy spot to catch up with friends..
Food came out cold, no fish in fish salad, sang Chou bao was on limp flat lettuce and peanut sauce for chicken skewers was like peanut butter with crumbled nuts on top. Terrible meal but service and atmosphere was good.
The service was awful. The food was put down like the staff didn’t care and did not want to be there. The courses came out too fast and with little or no explanation or eye contact from the staff. The rendang was forgotten and when it came out the rice was cold. They left all the finished dishes on the table, which are very small, making it a task for us to eat. Even when we moved our plates on to a nearby table so we could eat the other dishes the staff ignored them. We certainly will not go back after being there numerous times before.
Brilliant food and great service
This is our go to restaurant for all our family celebrations. We have young children and they are always made to feel welcome
Chefs menu was excellent value and the range of drinks available was great! Food tasty and came pretty quickly. The room lacks a bit of character and ambience but has nice furnishings which helps.
No flexibility on the menu such as no ginger with noodles which really is not that hard. Normally love the ribs but a little cold and in the end the noodles came out so late we didn’t think they were coming. Disappointing in comparison to the usual high standard
The food last night was suPerlative in every way the fusion insPired dishes were just WOW..A TASTING GEM OF A PLACE....
140 Oxford Street, 6007, Leederville, Australia
A fusion feast at Low Key Chow House...
Keeping things fresh and funky in Leederville is Low Key Chow House, an Asian fusion restaurant that’s dishing out hot and cold meals with Malaysian, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese influence. Sound a bit crazy and ad hoc? It’s not. All these fab flavours fuse together beautifully in an effortless fashion. Get your mouth around the mantou buns, doughy goodness filled with crispy pork and fresh coriander - they are seriously moreish and oh so delicious! The decor is equally as impressive as the food. Take note of the aesthetics, it’s very in vogue: exposed brick overlaid with white walls, origami cranes and fancy lighting displays showing the initials of the restaurant. Perth’s food scene now has a mod Asian injection, well done Low Key Chow House. You’ve got our vote.
Best dish: mantou buns - doughy goodness filled with crispy pork and fresh coriander,
