Really enjoyed the bao night! The crispy pork bao was our favorite and we would definitely go back again for more baos! It would be great if we were allowed to have the baos alongside dishes on the main menu.
We ate here after attending the ballet at the Festival Theatre. We had tuna sashimi, fried eggplant, roasted prawns and pho, all of which we shared. Everything was absolutely delicious, very tasty, healthy and fresh. We both really enjoyed it and will definitely be going again.
We love Madame Hanoi. we booked a table for five last night for 7.45. we waited one and a half hours for our dinner! after one and a quarter hours, i asked the waiter where our dinner was. We received one dish. then 15 minutes later, i asked again. I saw others who came into the restaurant much later than us receive their dinner much earlier than us. it was very disappointing.
Great food and lovely ambience but the staff were run off their feet. Would have been even better experience if more staff on hand as we needed to chase up a small mistake with our order
Good. Early, pre-show, so too early to get areal feel. Great decor. Food was above average.
Very poor bar service. Staff inattentive waited forever for service. Had to complain to get served after staff started serving customers who lined up after me. Paying customers shouldn't have to ask to be served
Went for my mum’s birthday and was lovely. Every dish we had was delicious. Decor was beautiful too. It’s at the front of the casino which might be offputting for some, but means it’s open on a Sunday / Monday when other restaurants in Adelaide might not be.
Amazing food and atmosphere. The food came out quickly and the service was fairly good. The restaurant itself was beautiful and inviting. I would highly recommend for Vietnamese food.
Our second visit here and it didn’t disappoint. Had the feed me for two and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken wings and lamb ribs were to die for.
Service - a little inconsistent. Atmosphere - love the venue but the chairs are super uncomfortable. If you're lucky enough to score a padded bench seat - they're comfy. Food - I just love the chicken wings, although this time they were missing the caramel chilli sauce which was disappointing. The Asian greens with rice is an absolute favourite. The pork bao was good, but missing the crunch. Hubby loved the pate.
Very tasty, much enjoyed. Only one problem was difficulty to find. I consulted GoogleMap, but I failed to find the restaurant according to the map. I wasted time to find the restaurant, walking around the railway station.
All of the food tasted the same, slow service and no atmosphere upstairs. An underwhelming experience all round. We won’t be coming back here again.
It is meant to be Vietnamese’s French. Somehow the French has gone missing. The flavours are very strongly Asian . This is not a criticism. However somewhat disappointing in that it did not meet expectations. Also it is very noisy making conversation difficult.
Great setting and good food. Service was inattentive and nowhere near the standard of the food and ambience. Overall, still a good experience.
Our first time to dine and loved it. We had the $60 Banquet and “rolled out” feeling very satisfied and full. Friendly stafff. We’ll be back with friends.
Fantastic food as always!
Very tasty and interesting food, served by a really nice waitress, who knew her dishes well; was friendly and happy to do what we wanted. My only tiny complaint was that the pork belly was somewhat too salty, but it was a minor issue. We'll definitely return.
Delicious and fresh food in a trendy and colourful atmosphere. Will be back again to enjoy the full menu as we only had a sample of the dishes on offer.
We had a Lovely meal, however as a party of four we expected our food to arrive at the same time. The waiter told us it would all arrive at different times. We asked if it could all come together but somehow this apparently was not possible. We all felt this was very odd and when you're a party out together, you want to eat together. That's not unreasonable. Also i paid on my credit card as he could not seem to work out how to split the bill. I was charged another $18 for this !!!!! To be fair he did say there was a 10% surcharge but the service was very slow and we were in a hurry to get to the theatre. So all in all I'm not that impressed. Curry was very good and so was the pork.
