We had a lovely Valentines dinner. We hadn’t had Indian for ages and were very pleased, first time at Magic Curries. Won’t be the last tine we visit, and would be regulars if we were locals! Friendly staff, great food, good location!

Very welcoming on entry & very thankful on departure but there were a few times whilst dining where service was hard to find/flag down. We opted for the banquet for 4, which the restaurant graciously allowed even though we were a table of 4 adults & 2 kids. Every curry was tasty & the entree's were some of the best I've had from an Indian restaurant. would definitely recommend!

The restaurant is in a historic neighborhood, and the building itself is well decorated and cosy. The food was delicious, the service was polite and prompt. The restaurant is worth a visit if you are around the Battery Point area.

Inconsistent - the butter chicken was really nice, but the rogan josh was disappointing. One member of staff was very friendly, the other was quite abrupt.
