Whatever food was available was average, the Scotch fillet was overcooked and dry, most of the items were not available as they had a group of 15x people and they didn't even have lemons, however the pizza Jason was the highlight, he was excellent and should be in the kitchen as he is passionate about his work and it comes through in the food.

Service was excellent, very friendly, courteous, prompt and helpful. Food was good too. We ordered the fish and chips. Great portion size with two pieces of fish. The salad went well with this. We also got the beef cheeks. The gnocchi was soft and light. Generous serving of beef. Food was hot.

Very satisfied with food, I have been few times, stake, fish consistently fresh and cooked well. Pizzas in this place are also delicious, base is thin and crispy. Service is always polite and efficient, very satisfied with overall experience.

We had a wonderful meal at the Manna Loft. We ordered pizza, snapper, beef cheek and sides which were cooked to perfection. However, the size of the snapper was a bit smaller compared to other places that we have tried. Overall, we love the food here especially their pizza ????. The service was wonderful especially our service host, Anita. She's very attentive and provided great recommendations to us.

Average at best, we went on a discount but still, if I paid $42 at full price for a steak I would expect it to be edible. My husband doesn't like to complain so he ate it anyway, but the steak came out cold.. not even lukewarm, but cold! I ordered the pork belly which we enquired about long after my husband had finished his meal, turns out they somehow forgot to put this through and I ended up getting this at the end of the night whilst my husband had to sit there and watch me eat. The pork belly tasted good with all the condiments but the crackling was mostly rubbery with a tiny amount of crunch. Luckily we ordered a pizza to share for starters, I was starving! The pizza was quite bland unfortunately and needed salt, the pizza crust itself had no taste. Service was non existent, it's pretty much self serve or you need to go over to the counter and find someone if you need something. Overall, you get what you pay for, although I did have some expectation considering it is a part of the Rydges hotel. I'd be fuming if this were a full priced meal but I definitely won't be back even with a discount.

Good food and friendly staff ... only let down by one of the mains taking too long to come out as well as the difficulty in attracting the waiting staff's attention ... for the most part of the evening, we couldn't actually see them.

This restaurant was at the hotel we were staying at so I thought we’d try it. The service was exceptional and the food was fantastic. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. We even scored a discount which was unexpected. Will definitely come back.

Ate here for my birthday with family before the theatre. Food flavours and textures were average. My meal didn't arrive when the others did. Waited over 15 mins for it to turn up. Then had to gulp some of it down. Confusion about drinks vouchers and were told different things. Ordered drinks then got told they werent valid. Offered some compensation but was a stressful and disappointing experience.

Nice selection of food and drink menu. They have really changed their menus. Sadly their burgers are no longer in the menu. Great dining experience overall.

The vibe here was incredible, I had read a few reviews that the photos were misleading but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The service was a bit slow which is fine if you aren’t in a rush. The food was absolutely perfect and we could see and hear the love music from downstairs while we had our dinner. The staff were friendly and we will 100% be back.

Food n drinks were excellent. The cerviche was very fresh n tasty. Pizza was super...ingredients fresh n tasty n the crust was so yummy we finished it all. Fried snapper was a little dry n the broth was a bit too sour. Anita was such a cheerful friendly host ...very chatty n attentive to our needs. Excellent service!

The service was wonderful 10/10. We were there for a birthday celebration on a Saturday night and our family had a great time. I am usually a bit nervous taking 3 little kids to the restaurant at night but the vibe Thank you so much for keeping my kids entertained
