3 of the 4 ordered the salmon & shrimp plate. The waiter recommended they be medium (we agreed) however one was dry and 2 were totally cooked. The shrimp was over cooked, sauce bland.

The food was excellent. We had tapas: mussels, codfish, and octopus. Kids opted for vegetable soup and a simple salad (which was not on the menu but the restaurant nicely accommodated). Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The place gets busy quickly.

Truly good food based on fresh the ingrediens combined with friendly staff is a winning combination. They know their fish but the meat is worth a taste too.

Super service and food was delicious

All three main seafood dish's were served coldish, were bland and took an hour to get served after the appetizers. Appetizers excellent and the recommended wine bottle was great.

Exceptional food and service!

The quality of the food was very good. We ordered a tuna, a codfish and a octopus dish. Unfortunately the size of the octopus dish was a joke. The house wine (white one) was very acceptable in regards to the price. Lastly, we ordered one dessert, requeijão com compotas, the compotas was very tasty but the cake was just okay.

Great food, amazingly welcome staff. I tried getting in Maria Catita a couple of times and finally had the sense to make a reservation. Tried the Sea Bass - it was very simple and amazing! worth the wait!

Restaurant recommended by another restaurant person. Did not fail, as the food service And atmosphere was excellent. We all 3 had sea food with lovely potatoes, excellent wine and dessert. Something to be said for the restaurant is it was packed and a line up outside. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Great seafood, wine and service. Celebrated friend’s birthday and had great time. Wonderful variety of food including seafood, pork, other meat and vegetarian selections.

This place is amazing. The food was great, very large plates, I ordered two the same dishes: see food with rice for me & my girlfriend, and we couldn't bear it. Delicious wine, all together (two very large meals, wine & water) 48 EUR

It was a perfect dinner!

The size are really generous, the wine fantastic, the quality of the fish super and our waiter nice and elegant! Absolutely a place to go when in Lisbon! Must is a reservation! Try to go earlier in the evening

This restaurant was a great find. The staffwas very welcoming and the service was excellent. The food was excellent as well. Highly recommend it.

Over hyped. The food was nothing special, under seasoned and pretty tasteless. I had salmon and prawns with a coriander sauce. The prawns were over cooked and no taste of coriander in sight. My friends has steak and chips which were all soggy. Much better places to eat in Lisbon. Don’t be fooled by the crowd, I fear there are comfort in numbers with this establishment.

The service team is great! The amount of food is large, and the amount of one person can be eaten by two people. Of course the taste is not bad. The price is reasonable!

A very busy restaurant - teeming with tourists. Some of the dishes were huge and if I went back I would have had the lobster (looked like a stew in a copper dish) which I saw someone have on her own and she had to leave some as just too much for her and shared it with my husband. I also saw someone have steak - again it was huge. I had tuna steak which was amazing but why they teemed it with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots I couldnt fathom so I left the vegetables as completely contrasted with the tuna. My husband had the octopus which was good too. Not as much atmosphere as I would have liked but good nonetheless.

Service was pleasant, the food was was a little tasteless. Given the online reviews, we were expecting a lot more.

A thoroughly pleasant evening. Very busy but service extremely good, waiters all very helpful and cheerful.
