Fantastic food and service as usual!
a neighbour gem, can always rely on good pizza's at ML
Wine was nice but food pretty average and a but bland. Service wasn't great even though there were lots of empty tables.
Brilliant local restaurant.
Terrific authentic Italian food. Can be noisy as a local favourite with families and kids.
First time here and wasn't disappointed. Food and wine were quality, and the service was great. I'll be back.
Always fun to eat at marina lunga food is very good
best pizza's in the area & very friendly service
Food was delicious! We will definitely be back! My husband and I went with another couple - we all ordered something different and it was all amazing!
To be honest we went because our first choice was full (it was a last minute booking). The welcome and service were great. They clearly had a group coming and wanted to get us ordered before they arrived - good for us too but did feel a little rushed. Liked the fact it was BYO. We had some cocktails to start, though the menu of them was very limited and they were not able to deviate from it, even for a standard type. The food was good - and generous. We left feeling very full.
Great staff and service - awesome local gem. Our little bubba loves it ????
we were a big group but we seemed to have to wait quite a while for our food. However, once it arrived it was quite tasty.
Meal was good and up to expectation but would prefer more than just one special and hopefully a seafood option.
The chilli tomato mussels were amazing! Would definitely return..
Service was a bit disorganised and slow - weren't aware of our Dimmi booking, had to ask multiple times for water and glasses. Friendly staff but not very efficient. Food (we all had pasta) was okay (much prefer their takeaway pizzas).
We always enjoy our experience at Marina Luna!
Very pleasant and easy meal. Relaxed environment.
Great little restaurant
367 Darling Street, 2041, Balmain (NSW), Australia
Longing for Lunga Balmain is a bit of a foodie haven, but even amongst the dining riches of Darling St, Marina Lunga is a definite local fave. And why not? It’s a classic Italian bistro serving all your go-to dishes including wood-fired pizza with traditional toppings (Margherita, ham and mushroom or pepperoni) or gourmet (think smoked salmon, artichokes and Spanish onion, or the Di Patate, all buttery garlic and thinly sliced potatoes with rosemary). They’re not above catering to the local (ie Aussie) palate, with more than one pizza topping featuring pineapple (purists would pale) and even the Australiana with a ham and egg topping. No pizza snobs here. There are also plenty of pasta, chicken, veal and seafood options, with one of our favourites, whitebait, gracing the menu. There’s also – wait for it – Nutella pizza – as well as homemade tiramisu and a selection of cakes for the full Italian dining experience. Best dish: Veal saltimbocca
