We love this restaurant. We always do a wine tasting first then we go to the restaurant. The food is always great and so is the wine. The staff are very friendly and welcoming,
The food was great. Tasty and well presented.
Great quirky restaurant at Oakdene Estate. Good menu and wine selection which was reasonably priced. Relaxes and friendly atmosphere. Thanks
Great value for money. We had a wonderful evening.
Excellent in every way
excellent - one of the best o the Bellarine!
Very homely, beautifully decorated and comfortable venue. Excellent food, wines and service.
Our mains were amazing, the wine wasn't as good as last time but still nice. Staff great. Pricey, but worth it. We will be back
I’ve been coming to Oakdene for over 10 years and I can honestly say I have never had anything but top end food and wine. As for the service it’s like Dinning with family and friends.
This was our first visit & we were really pleasantly surprised. Don’t know how we didn’t discovered it earlier. Ambience was fantastic, service great, staff friendly & attentive, food exquisite & wine outstanding. We spent 3 hours there for lunch & it felt like an hour. Can’t wait to go back!

255 Grubb Road, 3222, Wallington, Australia
The Wizard of Oakdene Oakdene Vinyards in Wallington is unlike anything else in Melbourne. A cellar door, restaurant, café and accommodation, a day at Oakdene is something to remember. The café, Mr Grubb, is decked out with an eclectic mix of art and installations, and serves up casual meals, snacks, and coffee, including weekend breakfasts. Meanwhile, the Oakdene Vineyards Restaurant is a fine dining affair, with a modern fusion of Australian and European cuisines, all created with fresh local and regional produce. Executive chef and manager Marty Chichester hails from Wales and brings a distinct Welsh flavour to some of his signature dishes. The Cellar Door, otherwise known as the ‘Upside-Down House’ is open every day for wine tastings, tours and sales. It’s definitely worth checking out just to see its kooky architecture, designed by owner Elizabeth Hooley. It’s a real life Wizard of Oz house, just like it’s been blown over! Click your ruby slippers and head straight for Oakdene Vineyards.
