Food was Fantastic , service was excellent …. overall a great day out . This Restaurant is defiantly a hidden Gem !! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to Family and friends.
Meccan bah is always wonderful. Food is delicious and plentiful. Staff amazingly friendly and eager to please. Try it . You will be become happy with it like we are and proud to take out friends who always enjoy it too. Thank you
food was great and the service was even better, very attentive, polite and friendly
Great food as always
Love the atmosphere and the food in this place. Staffs were extremely nice and helpful and helped us celebrate my sister's birthday with such ease. Kudos! :)
Our food arrived before our drinks. The borek entree was tiny, very overpriced. There was an open kitchen and the staff looks absolutely miserable. There was no energy from the kitchen and I didn't see any of the staff converse at all. It was quite bizarre. Our plates were not cleaned away and we were not offered further drinks or the dessert menu. The whole dinner, food and service was atrocious. I have eaten at Meccan Bah in Brisbane before and it was great.
Food was a let down. We ordered the chicken wings as well as the chicken targine. Chicken was dry in both dishes, which was disappointing. It was difficult to attract staff attention, was going to order another drink but gave up after a while because no one was even looking our way.
Beautiful food and ambiance
This is pure indulgence. Cocktails ????Food and value for money. ????
Both the food and service were amazing. Pizza's are to die for. We did not wait long at all for our meals to come out. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Went to Mecca Bah for dinner on a Saturday night and the place very full and hopping. The menu was nice but it could have done with more gluten free options as my dining companion needed gluten free food. What we ordered were very nice and the service was very quick.
Love the lamb Tagine! Absolutely delicious!
For flavour filled food and cocktails not to mention the outstanding service I can’t rate this restaurant high enough! Can’t wait to go back again????
Absolutely fantastic food, portion size and quality of food perfect - this restaurant rates in my top 5 all time favourite!!! Well done to all the Team at MECCA BAH Broadbeach
Pleasant atmo ,attentive staff, reasonable price
Have been dining at Mecca Bah for years, really like the atmosphere but more importantly the food, always fresh and tasty, would highly recommend their restaurants.
We were not happy to be moved from the air-conditioned section of the restaurant to the enclosed in plastic muggy hot section. I will not be going back.
The food was different and delicious served in a friendly manner. We were outside and a little hot but very lovely setting. Great for groups Pricing reasonable but better with special offer
Food was quite nice just a little pricey for what we got. I wouldn’t say stay away but I think you think can better value for money elsewhere in the area.
The food is amazing. During busier periods the restaurant can seem a little hectic, but service and food didn’t suffer. We come here often it’s a firm favourite.
18-26 Charles Ave, 4218, Broadbeach (QLD), Australia
Make the pilgrimage One of three Queensland venues for the chain, Mecca Bah Gold Coast is right on the buzzing Broadbeach strip, perfect for a night out watching the beautiful people go by. Featuring cuisine from Morocco and Turkey and the Middle East, it’s a great place to go with a group as you get to do as they recommend: share. That would mean you get to try the hummus with spiced lamb, pine nuts and herbs with za’atar bread, the Moroccan potato cakes filled with goats cheese, and the aked haloumi with pomegranate and mint salad. Then you move on to the lamb sfiha (open pastry with spiced lamb). You’ll also want to leave room for a traditional tagine – perhaps the seafood with barramundi, mussels and local prawns, or the beef with ras el hanout spices, sweet potatoes, carrot and preserved fig. You’ll also want to sample one of the Turkish, Moroccan or Lebanese beers on offer, unless of course one of the cocktails takes your fancy. Best dish: baharat spiced lamb shish for two
