Staff were really friendly and assisted when needed however the food was not the best! Most of it tasteless and dry we could have enjoyed it more with a variety of different foods with more flavour rather than plain type foods

Have been here quite often and really enjoy the food. The children love the place, lots of delicious items for them as well. A great place for any celebration.

Had the Friday night buffet, the range wasn’t as good as Sunday lunch buffet, but was nicely presented and freshly cooked.

The food was lovely but the service was non-existent. We only became aware that we were entitled to one free beverage as possible the buffet, which included alcohol, as we heard the couple next door is being offered this deal. Conveniently this occurred as we were leaving.

We planned to try something new in our annual romantic trip to Melbourne. However, the seafood buffet was overpriced, the only seafood choices were medium sized oyster and prawns, mussels and pan seared fish fillets. That was even less than what we have in our local RSL which has sashimi, whole steam fish, scallops, octopus, squid and pipi with half the price we were paying here. The other hot food were not outstanding, very dried spatchcock where the one selling in wollies taste even better. In this 5 star hotel, they even charged us credit card fees without letting us know in advance. The atmosphere here was good with live band, however, the food was totally let us down and regretted would spend this money to have a proper dinner.

There were kids grabbing food with their hands which wasn't great to see. The drinks included, wasn't really worth the money. The food was excellent. Short queues which was great.

One of the better all you can eat restaurants around in terms of variety of food and service however just above average food quality. I don't think I would be returning more than once every couple of years as I don't feel that I eat my money's worth but then again it would be well worth it for someone with a large appetite.
