We are regular customers of Millers Kitchen as it is convenient, quick, has usually dependable food, very pleasant wait staff, is tolerant of pet owners and has easy parking. The restaurant food is beautifully presented and of fairly good quality and always fresh. However, the menu could be improved with more vegetarian and vegan choices, less share plates and pasta, and inspired meat/ fish dishes. Desserts are a total let down and best avoided as they are not fresh but based on items prepared long in advance of serving and often noticeably stale. The restaurant needs the ceilings repainted as it is making the venue look a bit tired and run down. Metal chairs are awful And uncomfortable. Wooden ones are preferred. Why have such a mix? We want this restaurant to smarten up and we will remain loyal forever.

Jam packed on a Saturday morning as always, so glad we booked! It’s jam packed for reason, the ‘weekend only’ pancakes were delightful

Staff & food was great but the table we had looked tired & dated. Maybe it's time to refresh the look. Also the plate setting was mediocre. I was expecting more from the brand name Wild Sage.

Good meal and service. Just chose a very noisy night with a large Christmas party group. Would return again in better circumstances.

Food was delicious with plenty of choice and able to make variations (swapping kale For spinach for example) plus tables spaced well so we could have a great conversation without yelling!

Lovely service from our waitress and the chef made my dad a dish off menu, which was fantastic. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Second time here and we’ll definitely be back

We were seated where we requested. The best ables were well laid out and had plenty of room. The ambiance was pleasant and the noise level low so conversation was easy Would definitely come back again.

We had a few shared plates from their recently changed menu, some old favourites were no longer available, so we tried the new king prawn shared plate, it turned out to be unbelievably awful, it had something looking like thick tomato source with bits of broken prawns, shells, heads and all, the presentation was bad, the taste was worse -it had this weird unpleasant taste but very bland (couldn't even taste tomato) and the prawns seemed off. When we complained to the staff we were offered to have something else or have this dish taken off the bill, we did not accept, we just wanted the staff to raise it with the chef, however the staff's response was 'other customers liked the dish', this is not the right way to handle complain.

We've been here many times and so it was a big surprise to be disappointed last night. The food was ho hum, our waitress had no clue, and the first bottle of wine was off (But replaced with no fuss). We ordered dips and garlic bread to start. The dips turned out to be just one dip. With 4 pieces of pita when there were 5 of us at the table. A good waitress would have suggested we need another, or offer more pita. Would happily have paid for it. She also poured the (off) wine without first asking if someone wanted to taste it. And overfilled the glasses. My veggie "steak" was dry with too much starch and the fish special was overloaded with unnecessary lentils. But the pork belly was nice, as was the lamb ragu pasta. We were there to celebrate my daughter's special birthday and it was a real let down. Hopefully a one off fail.

The food was fine, but nothing special. Very noisy. Waiters were friendly. We were asked by four different waiters if we were enjoying our meal - we felt they were trying a bit too hard - our group would prefer to be asked once and then left alone.

The Eggplant moussaka was a bit expensive for eggplant only dish. Otherwise all good.

Enjoyed the meal. The biggest problem with this restaurant is that it is cold for most of the year.
