We love the steakhouse, it is old school decor and you can hear the other guests at your table. The service and food are great. The filet Mignon are very good
Absolutely delicious. The best steak I’ve had out in a long time. It was cooked to perfection and very flavoursome. There are a wide variety of sides on offer and they are a decent size.

Thought the stakes were over - cooked - requested medium rare - came out very medium to well The tap beer had a distinctive "off" smell - but this was replaced and not charged for which was to be expected to a degree . Thanks

The mitre has been a favourite for decades For special meetings either business or personal The steaks are excellent, the service is impeccable and just lovely, and the wine list is excellent without being overpriced The decor is just perfect, more traditional. I don’t hestitate to recommend or go there for a great meal lunch or dinner
