Great value for money! We ordered chicken parmigiana and fish and chips and it was great! Good size servings! This is the second time we have gone and have not been disappointed!

We were the only diners for lunch today at Moonee Ponds Bowling Club. The menu offered a typical pub meal. We chose the chicken wings with Buffalo butter to share as an entree and they were very good. I had a main of steak, which I enjoyed. I had it with mushroom sauce, but also asked for mustard, which the waiter was happy to provide. My husband had a generous serve of fish and chips. No dessert available. Overall a good pub-style meal in pleasant surroundings.

Service top notch. Food amazing. Resturant is empty. Probably needs external advertising on pavement as it's hidden. Definitely will go back. Do visit!!

Environment is peaceful, bistro is clean and service is good. Not easy to find parking, Queens Park very crowded due to festival during school holidays. Has to park quite far to walk to the bistro in the park. Good portion of food but quite salty.

We were the only customers having lunch on arrival. Interior decor very basic. The waiter friendly, smiling and efficient in providing service. The food was well presented and the steak beautifuly done. Good value with the Fork 50%discount.

We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area in the sun overlooking the lovely bowling green. It was my mother’s 96th birthday and she loved it. It’s great to enjoy lunch in one of Australia’s iconic bowling green clubs ... a very retro vibe ????. I enjoyed the nicest calamari I’ve had in a while … it was very tender and tasty. We will definitely be back again for a relaxed mid week lunch.

Good variety of mains. Loved the porterhouse steak in pepper sauce with chips. Chicken schnitzel with gravy was also good. Burger and paella were average. Would go again to try the chicken Parma as it looked yummy. There are kids meals available with ice cream and juice.
