10/10Easter Day lunch, great end to a 2 day Great Ocean Road driving trip. Great atmosphere, excellent service and engaged team despite it being a very busy day. Art work finished entrees and generous mains along with a very reasonably priced wine list. Easy access and parking with a grand arrival experience.

9.5/10Sensational service and excellent food. We opted for the 'feed me' experience. At $59 it was exceptional value and enabled us to try a variety of dishes. The maple cauliflower was amazing, but every dish was super tasty and presented beautifully. An accoustic guitarist provdied the perfect backdrop to our Sunday lunch.

10/10I love everything about it! The food serving for one order is good for two people. Amazing staff and the view? Wow! Definitely going back again!

3/10Food was cold, Braised beef had no flavour tasted like sticky clag. Octopus char grilled over cooked tough. Coffee cold and was served way before dessert arrived I think that was forgotten. We sat in a draft cold was happy to get home to a hot cuppa not a pleasant experience

6/10This was my second time having lunch there and to be honest, I feel the the venue is very under staffed and the staff they do have need a-lot of training. The venue is stunning and the food was good. The acoustic music was loud and especially when you’re there to socialise with your guests. We had to talk loudly to hear each other talk. I would return, I’d hope in the future they

5/10We got the Eggplant and Pork Arancini Balls. The Arancini was literally like eating cat food and the Eggplant serving we were told was HUGE but was quite small and didn't have much flavour at all. Served with plain rice.........A little steep for $32

6/10Was lovely venue, food was good but the service was only average, do understand the difficulty with staffing at present, so a bit hard to gauge if they were understaffed or just not good service. Had a speakers above us so it was difficult to hold a conversation with people at other end of table due to music volume, overall good experience

Hi Annie, Thank you for your feedback. We do have limited staffing at the moment and new staff that require more training. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback and we hope to improve on your next visit.

6/10We had a group of 10 people so we had to have the $59 per head option. I think value for money wasnt there and the food was a bit disappointing; cold, dry chicken and not enough entrees between us. Staff were however very friendly and accommodating. Great ambience outside, inside dining area is very large and dark. We had a great day all the same

9.5/10We had lunch with great food and service in the Barrel Room. To be honest, we missed the amazing views you enjoy from the front of the Estate, But, views aside, we enjoyed a fabulous Birthday celebration with our friends and look forward to coming back!

5.5/10Some of our party arrived about 15 min early and were asked to wait as the area was at Covid capacity - not a problem, but no offer of a drink while waiting - service was adequate but not attentive - food also was adequate but not outstanding - many changes from the printed menu without any consultation, and items advertised on shared platters missing but produced when queried- ambience was as good as you could get in a big open hall, but an enjoyable afternoon nonetheless!

4/10Service was slow, wasn’t told there was a 2 hour window. Asked if we wanted coffee, placed order and then waitress came back and said they couldn’t serve us coffee anymore and our seating was over, without warning and still had a glass full of Pinot noir. Drove all the way out from Melbourne. Served champagne in a chipped champagne glass, when I told the waitress I didn’t get an apology. Very underwhelmed for my 40th birthday lunch.

8/10Would love to see less cheese on the zucchini pizza. Other than that, delicious food and great service. ..................................
