We weren’t aware that even with a booking you have to line up., it took 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. We were dining pre concert and that would’ve been handy to know

Slow service, waitress didn’t put our order in so 20 mins to get drinks and another 25 to get food. Schnitzels were dry even with lemon drizzled on them.

Had a great time except for a bottle of bubbly that took a long time to come out. There was a lot of confusion, with 2 or 3 waitresses following it up, and we realized once we got home that we were charged an extra $39.95 for the Angus (one of the cheapest sparkling on your menu). It would be nice if I could be contacted for a refund to be organized. mobile no. 0412823413 Thanks, Liz

Very noisy, another couple was plonked on our table that we had booked, they were eventually moved to their own table as they had booked separately. Whilst the chicken was very nice the additional costs to have extras such as chips, etc was ridiculous and prices would be considered overpriced for what you get. If you are considering having a group party and just want to get smashed then would recommend this place but if you just want to have a small get together for dinner and drinks, there are thousands of other places I would go - however we tried it once, didn't really like it and probably won;t be back.

Not value for money.

Terrible service, staff were all over the place and when we complained we were told they were just too busy. However, since we got there very early, this was not a valid excuse. Also, if you offer happy hour beers as a German-themed venue, you should really include German beers in there.

Lunchtime atmosphere was great; pre-Xmas party mood! The band (Schwarz Wald) were in fine form. The MC (drummer) worked the crowd a treat and had the crowd (lots of corporate groups) eating out of his hand. A great place for a group lunch!

Ordered Munich brewers platter, Sausages all over spiced, Schnitzel consistency was like it has been pan fried from frozen, soggy. Pork Belly was soft, and flesh overly greasy, pork knuckle was under seasoned. Gravy was oddly sweet. Mash was very good, red cabbage was excellent, sauerkraut was passable. Oktoberfest beer (still on menu) out of stock, other beers excellent. Strudel puff pastry was raw, filling cold on presentation. Waitress who took order was delightful, waiter who delivered food was horrible, rude, and brought food without drinks, had to be asked several times to bring drinks that had been ordered. MC of the evening was deplorable, moderately abusive towards audience, the guy on the weekends is a delight. Overall a VERY mediocre visit, would not come again mid week.
